    This is a horrible company that scams people out of money and refuses to accept responsibility for anything. I placed a $1200 dollar order with them and they shipped half the order and charged me for the full order only to tell me that they did nothing wrong! I have all correspondence from them as well as the post master general proving they are in the wrong. You cant charge customers for products that were never sent and then refuse to fix the problem. This company has tons of negative reviews on independent sites for the same problem I am having. I guess I should have read their reviews before making my purchase, but that still doesnt let them off the hook.

    Excellent company, with a lot of attention to customers.I ordered several items from the company and customer service was so attentive and keeping me updated with my orders. Also quality of the products excellent, already been test it. Highly recommend,and will order from them again!

    I ordered a ballistic helmet and it shipped within a couple of days. When I received my helmet it was missing the inner padding, so I emailed customer service and **** helped me resolve my order. She was friendly and professional and also had the padding shipped quick after emailing customer service. I recommend ***********************/10

    I ordered a helmet over a month ago and never got my helmet. In fact I never even got a tracking number I had to actually cancel the order and order from a different company to get my helmet. So I wasted valuable time money and effort and now I cant even use my helmet to train tomorrow for this important training date with the National Guard. Thanks a lot Bulletproof Zone thats a month of preparation and patience I am never getting back dont even give me a half baked apology I dont want it.

    Upon waiting for a bulletproof vest, we inquired with customer service regarding the ****************** of the product. They responded to ** immediately and followed up throughout the process with updates and upon delivery they emailed to confirm we received our order. We want to thank you for following up with us and appreciate all of the communication you have provided.That is almost unheard of these days and most companies we would have to keep calling back and checking in on the status.Bullet Proof Zone is an outstanding company with quality and core values that are obviously instilled all the way down to their staff and it does not go unnoticed.A heartfelt thank you to you and the company well done.
