      I have been doing business with HIBU for a few years. They did a good job redesigning our website and taking care of everything that went along with it. ***** has been very helpful when I have problems or questions. He always responds quickly and is willing to walk me through any issues. I have been happy working with HIBU.

      copied from *** complaint for billing debit card without authorization Cancellation Date--- attempted to cancel the agreement multiple times over the past several months-- starting at least 6 months ago or longer-- the billing statement shows several line items where it states "credit for immediate cancel" yet they kept billing my card without authorization and made it impossible to cancel-- there is approximately $5,808 in invoicing and billing I did not authorize HIBU made it virtually impossible to cancel the billing-- when you log into your client portal there is no way to cancel--- this was not disclosed and i had to finally cancel my debit card to stop the billing I didn't authorize in addition to almost $5,808 billed , cannot count the lost hours of time of both myself and my assistant that tried to cancel over the past several months I called several times over the past several months often on hold for over 30 min only to get a message "call back later" HIBU *** who referred me to phone numbers only to be left on hold with no one picking up phone on multiple occasions-- tried to reach several other departments with no resolution all calls to HIBU are recorded so i'll subpoena them if necessary since this is all documented HIBU claims i'm locked into an agreement (like many of the other business owners were told) but HIBU breached the agreement from inception by providing no leads other than spam, or scammers trying to get advance payment from our business this isn't an isolated case--- multiple other business owners had an almost identical experience-- search BBB complaints-- HIBU only after having to answer the complaint eventually relented and cancelled the agreement-- search "hibu complaints BBB" and there are many with similar experience direct quote from another business owner/ customer complaint "A big red flag now is that you can't cancel (no cancellation policy) and they don't show upfront...."

      Thank you for speaking with us regarding your concerns. We understand you were concerned about your campaign performance. When we first partnered with you, you were given a Statement of Work that said the Search would have a Click-Thru-Rate greater than 1% and Cost Per Click of $6.45. We exceeded that with a CTR of 13.3% and CPC of $.72. The *** also said the Display would have ****** to ****** impressions with 90 to 125 clicks per month. The Display had over ****** impressions with 176 clicks per month. We understand that you requested to cancel, however you are still within the terms of your 6-month contract. A request to cancel can be made after the 5/9/25 invoice is paid.

      Hibu did a great job designing our new website and they have been great to work with any time we need anything changed or added. Hibu truly has the tools that you need to market your business in todays world.****, is our *** and she is a phenomenal tool and partner to have for me and my business as she is always there for us, night or day! If I have an issue or I simply need information and statistics, she has is or gets it to me quick.       Our real estate brokerage is locked into a 12 month contract and it's been a huge disappointment in terms of service provided for the money we're paying. There has been zero follow up and the times we reached out, we were given little to no support or help. We could have done a ****** or ******* search and found more productive and cost effective ways of doing what we were promised would be delivered. I am usually reluctant to leave a negative review because there are often two sides to any bad experience, but this experience takes the cake. Buyer beware.
