I gave Hibu a second chance after some major issues getting PCP campaign started. Hibu could not get ****** to approve any ads, they blamed the website designer, website desinger blamed Hibu. Had a great sales *** so gave it a go a year later on an SEO campaign. Failed again. *** left company and no notice was given to me, no new *** was assigned. So my emails for updates went to no one.. Finally a new *** was assigned, not even the one they said was taking over. All the promises make by my previous *** were unknown. So I cancelled on the date Hibu told me verbally to cancel on. Well *** you missed your cancellation date so we are billing you month 7 on a 6 month contract. This company is a complete joke. Do yourself a favor and just look elsewhere. Better, less expensive options are out there.Hibu Inc

Thank you for speaking with us regarding your concerns. We understand that you were concerned that you were not notified when your sales representative left Hibu. Your account has since been reassigned to a new sales representative. We understand you were also concerned about the performance of your Local Ranking product. When we partnered with you, you received a Statement of Work (SOW) that said we would conduct website audits, create up to 7 backlinks and write 2 blog posts per year. We have completed 178 site audits,created 7 backlinks and 1 blog post. Although you are responsible for the 12/4/24 invoice, the program is scheduled to be canceled before the ******* invoice.Based on that information, we have found all your concerns to be in order and have emailed you with a direct number and email, should you have further questions or concerns.Review fromTony G

Don't waste your time/efforts/money with this company. Garbage is all you get, and you're stuck with a 6-month contract which is really just a donation of your money to them. Zero leads in 6 months of working with them even when working with their "experts".Hibu Inc

Thank you for speaking with us regarding your concerns. We understand that you were concerned about our ability to fulfill our promises. On 06/06/24 when you agreed to the advertising, a SOW (Statement of Work) was emailed to you that listed the expected results of the program. After a thorough review, we found that your products have exceeded expectations. Since your website was published 6 months ago, it has had ***** visits with 98.1% of those being new visitors. The Display ads averaged ****** impressions and 233+ clicks per month, which exceeded expected results of ****** impressions and 90 clicks. The *** stated that the Search ads would maintain a consistent click-through rate (CTR) greater than 1%. Your Search campaign had a CTR of 5.52%. The Social ads with a traffic objective averaged 112+ clicks per month, which exceeded expected results of 50 clicks. We signed a six-month contract with Hibu in April 2024. In October 2024, we reached out to cancel due to not receiving the leads they promised. They informed us that we couldn't cancel because the six months hadnt ended yet. We paused our account for 10 day's in September and we were still charged $3000 of our $4000 monthly plan, and that would be our second to last month. we agreed to pay for the extra $1000 for September, but they claimed we owed, another month because we were not billed for the full month, but we told them we would pay the extra $1000 but they said they will continued to charge us for November, and that makes it a contract of 7 months not 6 months. Now weve been told that canceling means we not only lose the website we paid for but also the associated reviews. They are also refusing to refund any payments made beyond the agreed contract period. Stay as far away from this company as you can. Leads are horrible, they don't care about the customer just the money there stealing from small business owners. Thank you for speaking with us regarding your concerns. We understand that you were disappointed in the performance results of your program. When we partnered with you, you received a Statement of Work that said you would receive a minimum of 300 clicks per month from your Display ads and a Search Click-Thru-Rate (CTR) greater than 1%. We exceeded expectations with over 800 clicks per month from the Display ads and a Search CTR greater than 1.5% with over ******* impressions. You were also concerned about another invoice in November. We have canceled your contract early and no further payments are required on your account. While it is true that you cannot take the Hibu website when you cancel; you may copy the website content and use any photos that you provided to Hibu for your new website. We are happy that we were able to reach a mutual agreement on this matter and are glad you were satisfied with this resolution.
