      I've been trying to pay my bill online for 3 days and as usual the website is down. I do not have enough time to mail it in for I live in ** and the bill goes to ***** and it would not make it there on time and I will not have my credit ruined by having a late payment. I have to wait to pay the bill until I get paid for I am retired. I called them and their only option is to charge me a fee for their website being down. Why should I be charged a fee when it's their website down!!! I shouldn't be charged anything! They should keep it up and running properly for people to be able to pay their bills on time! Last month it was down also and the month before and the month before, and should I go on! It never works properly! Today I also get a girl name ****** who decides she wants to hang up the phone on me. I called back and happened to get her again, and I said hello ****** I think we spoke already once and she hung the phone right up on me. Wow, great customer service **********************! I again called back asked to speak to a supervisor, couldn't get that either!!!! Your put right through to ****** because I asked!!! Wow!! I even asked if I could speak to someone in the ***!! That was a NO!!!! I BOUGHT MY INSURACNCE POLICY IN THE *** 29 YEARS AGO, BUT I AM RUFUSED TO SPEAK TO ANYONE IN THE *** CONCERCONING MY POLICY!!!!!!! AND WHEN THE WEBSITE IS DOWN DUE TO THEM NOT KEEP IT MAINTAINED, THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME TO PAY MY BILL!!!

      I have paid both premiums on time for over 15 years. They have incorrectly processed the payment before and applied it to the incorrect policy which caused them to cancel the policy. They received a payment more than 6 months ago cancelled the policy. I called provided **** that it was cleared and deposited into their bank account but they have not changed my policy and will be cancelling it again because they have not corrected the payment of the term policy. The company keeps sending letters about cancellation although they have received payments on time with no issues.

      I have a life insurance policy I requested to be cancelled on March 14, 2025. I want to cancel because my husband passed away in October 2024 he was the beneficiary. I have sent several emails requesting the status. They advised they did not have my ss# I resent. They requested I didn't fill out a specific form correctly with more correct information they claim they did not have, I resent but; for years now they have been automatically withdrawing funds from my account. The policy amount is $8,000.00 and they informed me because I am cancelling I would only receive $1,000.00. Todays date is June 24, 2025 and still no check. The policy # is FEX069241 **** ***** ******** address is *************************************************. DOB *******. I have previously filed other claims against this same company with BBB and after I did, they forwarded the check. TransAmerica phone #************. Please keep me posted on this claim. Thank you.

      I reached out to discontinue my policy. I The first time I called I was told my policy would be canceled and was sent a form so I could receive the premium I had paid to the company. I sent this form off in a certified letter two days later. Then in the mail I received a letter saying I was late and owed three times the amount I paid. I called again and was told to disregard. I still have not received my refund and it's been over 30 days since I filed my paperwork. Everytime I call I have to repeat what I have done as though the person before did not put in any notes. This company and disorganized and not helpful. I just want the unused funds returned since I completed everything in a timely order as they requested but have not done on their side.

      We have a life insurance policy on our grandson that passed away in a car accident and Transamerica will not pay. Policy was sold by ******* ******. They are refusing to pay because he was a grandson? He was listed as a rider on the policy.

      ***** was a friend who I shared my home with for over 20 years. As she got older, she had given me her financial info and I was her POA so that I could obtain cash from her account for her whenever she asked me for it. After she died, I noticed in her bank account that she had an entry from your company. As I paid off all of her bills and prepared to close her account, when I called to request the money be sent to me, I gave her date of death and I was sent a check for this balance. The check was made out to her estate and not myself. Because of this, there was no way for me to cash this check without having to set up an entire new account for such a small amount of money.

      In Nov 2024 ****** Brent ***** received a bill for over ************************************************************************************************************** full Around March 2025 received normal invoice 560 We phoned company they told us bill was paid in full Within a few weeks received another bill 1200 Said to pay or policy will be cancelled. company cashed check April 30 Now we receive cancellation of policy money being held and need to fill out new paperwork This policy has been in forced since 1983 no payment missed we have never received how much new amount due yearly will be this is an unfair practice for any client They have money and cancelled policy money never returned as of ***** Near March we request a letter saying paid received

      Ive had 2 small life insurance policies with ************ for at least 10 years. For more than a year now, every month, Ive been getting letters, telling me that my payments have not been received, and each time, I check with my bank, only to find that Transamerica had, indeed, presented the checks for payment. So then I have to call Transamerica, to straighten things out. This last month, I actually received a letter saying that my policies were being canceled, for non payment. I called, yet again, and was told they didnt receive my check. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told that they wouldnt have any more information than the person I was already speaking to. I checked with the bank, and Transamerica had, indeed, cashed the check. What can I do to put an end to this stupidity, short of taking my business elsewhere? Honestly, it seems like thats what they want. Maybe they dont like the fact that my rate was locked down when I got the policies, more than a decade ago. I dont know. I just want this nonsense to stop. What can I do?

      My Father bought life insurance from TransAmerica while employed less than 20 years ago. He passed away Feb 2025. My mother has been trying to get the payout since he passed. We tried ourselves to get the proper paperwork filled out to no avail, then finally got a lawyer involved. We have sent all their required forms and paperwork, of which always changes every time we speak with somone who I might add is always foreign and barely speaks English. Still nothing has been done. They last week sent a premium that paid after his death. But of course nothing in that correspondence mentioned his life insurance payout. It is roughly ******* so we are not talking about a large amount, it is the most frustrating company to deal with ever!

      i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT A MANAGER FOR OVER A MONTH AND A HALF NOW, I HAD RECEIVED ANOTHER NOTICE SAYING MY POLICY WOULD LAPSE BECAUSE IT HAD NOT BEEN PAID. I SENT BANK STATEMENTS.
