      The company managing retirement funds is preventing individuals from rolling over funds to another company. I have been working on executing a transfer of an *** from Transamerica to another financial institution. Transamerica over the past three months has prevented the rollover from occurring. I tried to do it over the phone then I was told by a rep that it had to be completed online. I had to create an account to complete the transaction and then had a rep walk me thru the process. After it was submitted a rep reach out to notify me that something was incomplete and the transaction would have to be reaccomplished. Most recently the rep told me that it could not be completed online, but that paperwork had to be completed. It seems that every rep that I speak to has a different story and that they are purposefully preventing or delaying the *** rollover. Transamerica is either being malicious in directing their reps to slow roll, being inconsistent, or incompetent in purposefully preventing me from moving my money out of their company or they have poor training and customer service.
