If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a product with ****** and they were supposed to deliver the product and install it. Installation day was scheduled and delivery was not made. I called their office and they said I had to reach out to schedule as they did not use ****** scheduling dates. This was a back and fourth issue where they were supposed to deliver and never showed up, or decided that via email change my delivery date the day before. The customer service team is HORRIBLE and had one rep LIE to me and tell me they would call me back within 24 hours to reschedule and my case was going to be escalated. 48 hours later I call back and there is no request for escalation and no request for call back. **************** also said delivery did as they pleased and they had no control over cancellations or scheduling, yet I had to schedule with them under the premise it could be cancelled WITHOUT ANY CONTACT.****** also shared they pay this business per scheduled delivery, so the fact these people were rescheduling me without notification was getting them $$ from ******. Overall, if you can, do not work with these people. Shady business, will deliver your product whenever they want, yet give you a 24 hour delivery window which they can cancel without contacting customer and basically NO SHOW.The delivery and installation was a whole other level of lack of professionalism. Installers did not properly install, took products that came with appliance so appliance could not be properly tested or started, installers started appliance without running required testing as listed on the manual. DONT USE THEIR SERVICES if you can. unprofessional, shady business. ****** has the record and was helpful in mediation and compensation for lost work, because these people were absolute scam. ************ *** CRST Home SolutionsCRST The Transportation Solution, Inc.

1 star04/16/2025 Better Business Bureau Complaint CRST Home Solutions ************************************************************************************** The **** Family purchased three appliances from Lowes in March with delivery and installation contracted out to CRST.CRST fully completed one out of three due to various requirements that were not stated upon purchase of the *********** became apparent that the priority of CRST crews were to plug & run; actual home solution was no where in the mix.Of the two failed completions, Mr. **** completed one and a professional installer completed the second.The **** Family experienced an extremely cheap definition of home solution.See attached timeline of events.Review fromVincent B

1 starI paid for installation and haul away of the old stove. I had to help the first ********* carry my stove down the front stairs. The new stove was defective so I had to replace it. I bought the stove at Lowes new stove came in a couple of days. **** scheduled the install and did a no show no call. CRST reschedule again no show no call. The ********* thought he was installing a dishwasher when he found out it was a stove he decided not to show or call. The reason was he gets more money to install a stove than a dishwasher and the company short paid him by $27.00. So he made it my problem. I took 3 extra days off which was a lot more than $27.00. The defective stove that was left in my house for 19 days was letting of carbon monoxide and couldnt be used. I made several phone calls to Lowes about the problem but neither CRST or Lowes responded. It took 3 calls to **** before any response and they did nothing. Lowes told me they were not responsible for the installation and I would have to deal with **** directly. So think twice before you buy appliances at *****. Certainly hire a professional contractor to help you. Their was nothing professional about ****.Review fromJohn D

I was reached out to by one of their recruiters at which time I asked some pretty thorough questions about my history with CRST. 1 starMost UNPROFESSIONAL business I have ever had to deal with. Purchased a range from a big box store. who contracts with CRST for installs. **** first told us the delivery would be 12/13, four hours later delivery was pushed back to 12/21. Told us we would hear from the installer on the evening of 12/20 with a 3-hour window. Never heard from the installer so I contacted CRST first thing in the morning on 12/21 (said they open at 8 am ET) Called and used the text line, but neither answered until well after 9:00 am. They told me they would call the installer and have someone get back to me. After 3 calls and 2 text requests, I was told they couldn't get a hold of anyone and we would just have to wait. We went to the big box store to see if they could help. They got the same reply, 'can't get a hold of anyone. you'll have to wait and see.' I came home made several more calls, and asked to speak to a supervisor. When I asked for the supervisor's name I was told they didn't know his name. After being extremely persistent I received a call from the installer. He informed me that they ONLY make deliveries in my area on SATURDAYS and that CRST is aware of that. Not only that but the installer is more than 2 hours from me! Finally, we had to go pick up our stove and have a local gas company hook it up.STAY AWAY FROM CRST they are the WORST!!!!.Review fromSteven M

1 starI have been dealing with CRST for 40 days now and still no installation! I have reached out multiple times to try and expedite the process but I never get a call back. They tell me they will call the installers and see if they can fit me in and it never happens. My renters have been without a dishwasher for ****************************************************************************************** more back. This will now be my 3rd reschedule as issues arise every time it is installation day. I will not be using CRST in the future.Review fromBrad R

1 starI had 2 failed attempts to have a dishwasher installed by CRST. Dishwasher was purchased at Lowes but ***** subcontracts the installation to CRST. **** then subcontracted to job to AVT LLC. Both times AVT LLC canceled the job on the date scheduled for installation. The first time because the installer called in sick. I did get notified of this cancellation. The 2nd time no one contacted me and I had the contact CRST and was informed that the installer hurt his back getting the dishwasher and was seeking medical attention for this injury. The Lowes store had no report of any injuries that day. **** stated that the installation would be expedited but the earliest date available now was over a week later. I initially rescheduled for that date and contacted *****. I told ***** I found an installer that would actually show up and install the dishwasher and Lowes stated that they would refund my cost for the installation and haul away charge. If you make a purchase at Lowes, I recommend you do not purchase their installation service as Lowes does not do any installation and subcontracts out this service. CRST is either unwilling or unable to get installers to honor their commitments. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.Review fromBart Z

1 starTERRIBLE delivery and installation service for an appliance. We ordered a Bosch dishwasher from ****** in *********, **** **** said they'd deliver it on a Monday. They never showed up. They apologized by text and said it would be there the next day. No one showed up.On Wednesday, I was about to give up and order the dishwasher elsewhere--but finally they showed up. They removed my old dishwasher, brought the new one into the house--and it was the wrong one. It was a Whirlpool, not the Bosch I ordered.The **** deliver guys said someone would call within 30 minutes to clear it up.No one ever called.Finally, on Thursday I got ahold of a helpful assistant manager at the ******. She confirmed that **** had returned the Whirlpool and would bring the Bosch.On Friday--five days after the initial delivery slot--one of the **** guys showed up with the correct dishwasher.My time wasted this week: four time blocks of three hours each, a total of about 12 hours of waiting for the delivery.This is outrageously incompetent.Review fromSteven A.

1 starI had a delivery scheduled, called them the same morning told them I couldn't make the delivery time and they told me it was too late to change the delivery. Then said it will be a failed attempt and they would schedule another delivery time. This was fine until I found out that I would have to pay again for them to deliver. Complete and utter disinformation on their part and it feels intentional to get more money. If you can avoid this company at all costs
