      Ordered dishwasher at Lowes. Was scheduled for delivery today. No call yesterday or today so I had to call them three different times. I was repeatedly told I was scheduled for today but no one ever called or showed up. After reading these reviews, Ill be calling Lowes tomorrow to cancel the entire order.

      Another Lowes no-show. Same sort of situation as others - major appliance install, far out notice, then nothing on the day of. Their purpose seems to be to deflect criticism from Lowes itself, which is enough reason to avoid ever having to do business with them if at all possible.

      Similar to what others are reporting. Purchased an install for an over the range install from Lowes. after confirming the appointment multiple times with CRST ( day before, and multiple times day of install) i was ensured the install would be completed on the committed date but like others NO SHOW!! ***** was of NO help in resolving the issue.................Avoid Lowes and CRST if at all possible.

      Terrible. They were supposed to install a dishwasher through Lowes, estimated arrival was between 1-4pm. Never showed up. Called them directly after getting their number from Lowes. On hold for a solid 30 min. Then found out that supposedly their truck broke down but they never called me about it. They wanted to reschedule for a different day. I just canceled it. HORRIBLE.

      Run for the hills if they tell you this company is going to install any appliance in your home. Our local Lowes store contracts with them exclusively and as such we will never purchase from Lowes again. I have written documentation of a dishwasher install that was scheduled and cancelled over and over from May 2023 to August 2023 when we finally cancelled the order. They refused to complete the work and we are stuck with a scratched up dishwasher that they did not fully install (my husband had to complete the work because they refused to install a water hose). Their customer service is equally as awful and dismissive. They offered no recourse, apologies or problem solving and refused to send documentation to me for my records.

      7/2 - Purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s and paid for the installation. 7/10 - I received an email to confirm the installation appointment on 7/13. I rescheduled another appointment to accommodate the delivery date. 7/12 late afternoon - I received a text from an installer and asked whether I could move the appointment to 7/14. I accepted based on it does not fall under a 2-hours-window for the other appointment I moved to 7/14 from 7/13. While I was texting, I received a phone call from Jwan at CRST and asked whether I confirmed the appointment change. I told her I was in the middle of it. Jwan was not very kind while I explained to her there is a 2-hours-window on 7/14 that I would not be home because it was too late for me to reschedule the other appointment. Once my conversation ended with her, I called the installer and confirmed the appointment on 7/14. Then I got a text message from CRST to confirm the installation appointment on 7/15. 7/13 - Received a call from Brittany at CRST to confirm the installation appointment on 7/15. I asked why it was changed from 7/14 to 7/15. She said because I never confirmed the appointment for 7/14. I was trying to explain to her but she refused to let me finish, claiming she could read the notes in the system. I told her I was so frustrated that I was ready to cancel my order. She immediately canceled the order. I called Lowe’s to inquire how to get the refund for the dishwasher. The lady from Lowe’s Install Support reached out to CRST to reinstate the installation order and got me an appointment for 7/14. I received a text confirmation for the appointment on 7/14 but then I received another call from CRST to inform me that the appointment had to be changed from 7/14 to 7/17 or canceled. I went to Lowe’s and canceled all orders. Do not buy a dishwasher from Lowe’s unless you can install yourself.

      Just don;t buy from Lowes. The worst customer service. The installers will just do a drive by, take a photo of your house and then say we knocked, rang the door bell, called you and texted when NONE of those things occurred. Not sure how they are still in business. No work gets done. By the look of these reviews, they just change lowes $$ and then do nothing about installation. I hope Lowes does something soon as they are going to lose business. If you need something delivered/installed just don't buy from Lowes so you do not have to deal with this garbage company.

      Their customer service is non existent. We paid for installation in full through Lowes. 4 weeks later and I haven’t heard anything. I’ve called the Lowes install number and they said that CRST said they’re waiting on the permit. We know the inspector in our town, we called him, he said there hasn’t been any application for a gas range installation permit for us or from crst. I’m not sure who I’m more frustrated with, Lowes install or crst. Neither one seems to care.

      Would not recommend this company at all! Purchased a dishwasher at Lowe's and paid for installation and removal of our old one. After waiting three weeks the "installer" came and looked at it and said I can't install this you need a plumber. He messed around with a bunch of stuff, couldn't turn off the water, find the breaker and kept having to call his boss to ask him questions. The next thing I know he is driving out of my driveway with my new dishwasher! I called and asked what was going on and he said that he told me he could not install it. Never asked if we wanted him to leave the new dishwasher, left tools behind along with a mess. A friend installed the dishwasher for us in 30 minutes. I would never use this company but I am glad that they did not install it because it probably would not have worked anyway.

      Absolutely worst experience. My order had the wrong number on it so we corrected it multiple times. The scheduler confirmed delivery between 9-11 am this morning. By 1PM I was told my delivery has been cancelled and rescheduled for a week later because they had the wrong number. I still do not know when my dishwasher will be getting here. Absolutely livid.
