      No Call No Show.. again. Is there an option for NO STARS? Ridiculous. Nothing else needs to be said... just don't use them. EVER. And, it doesn't matter, they simply do not care.

      CRST is one of the companies that Lowes uses to pass on the poor experience blame for their installation services. This has happened to us 3 times in two years, once for a Dryer, once for Flooring, and once for CRST's delivery and installation of a Dishwasher. We purchased the dishwasher on 5/27 because Lowes committed to an installation earlier than their competitors. They gave us a date of 6/22. I expressed doubt given my experiences in the past but they assured us a 6/22 installation date with a confirmation call on 6/21. On 6/22 we received a call to inform us that Lowes never had the authority to make that commitment and that the earliest they could install was 8/28. Of course I expressed my complaint strongly and they later called back to confirm a "solid" installation date of "No earlier than 6/29" Again, they promised they would call the night before. Today 6/28 at 4:30 my wife called to say she had never gotten a confirmation. When i called the number they offered an 8/18 installation date. What appliance vendor finds it acceptable for their customer to go without an appliance for 3 months! After being on hold for 45 minutes I got my date confirmed, and was told that it is normal for them to not call by 5:00. There's a problem here. Someone else should start up a company to compete with them, they obviously don't feel sufficiently challenged in their dominance to feel like they need to do anything better than sub-mediocre. I would also go so far as to say that the proper responsibility for this rests upon Lowes. They're passing the buck and getting away with it because our society only makes the final actor accountable for decisions that occur way upstream. Vote with your feet and don't shop at Lowes. I could tell you stories!CRST refuse business with them. It looks poorly upon you.

      Ordered an over the stove microwave was supposed to be installed on June 15th no show no call. When called there was no answer. They were left a voicemail and were emailed by Lowes about not showing up. They were instructed to call me and didnt. Called again and was given there number. They couldnt tell me why it was a no show no called but the person tried to reschedule me for a day no one would be home gave them my available dates that I could have someone here. Was supposed to call me back but instead scheduled me for a day I had no one available. Took me calling 5 days in a row and refused to hang up till they gave me someone who supposedly could help. Who then after insisting that they needed to go by my schedule June 21st again today no call no show Im done with this company. Ill find my own installer. I prefer to deal with honest people these people here just lie and are rude.
