      Bought a washer and dryer from Lowes over Labor day weekend. Got at text that it was suppose to be delivered on 9/27 and I would receive a call the day prior with a time frame. I got no call o 9/26 so, I called. I spoke with a gentleman who just read the same sentence over and over. Stating I needed a permit and a contractor would call at a later date. So, today I reached out again and spoke to someone on there website chat. Was told they were waiting on the permit and I would receive a call when it was ready. I called to city and inquired if I really needed a permit for a replacement washer and dryer. I was told no if it was a replacement. I then asked if the permit had been pulled. ( Assuming that it had because 3 weeks ago they gave me the install date) They DID NOT pull a permit. I asked that if they try and pull one and it was not needed did the city tell them that. I was told that they would let them know it was not needed. And I should look at what I paid and see how much they charged me for the permit. Because they will not need it and I should have not paid for the permit to begin with. I have no idea when they will be able to deliver the appliances and will need to take more time off for THEIR error.

      We purchased a microwave from NFM who scheduled the install through their installer crst. Well crst didn't call the night before arriving as promised after repeated calls by me they showed up the next day. The two guys who showed up did not speak a language that I did (english) so communicating with them was impossible when they completely botched the install leaving out several parts labeled "must be installed". Neither NFM nor crst cared and they may come back a week later to correct the installation or not! We will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from a company that is affiliated with crst! We gave them one star as you can't give them zero stars! Why is this company allowed to stay in business?

      Daniel ************* and his wife *******….worst most inappropriate I’ve ever had the the displeasure of dealing with. I will never allow from the communication from this family to come into my home. Lowes…WTF are you doing? I trusted you over HD and now have major regrets.

      Ordered an appliance set from ********** that was shipped through this company and have been rescheduled 7 times and they tried to deliver it 2 times when appointments were not made. On initial delivery fridge was beat to h*** and 3 months later Im still dealing with trying to get my fridge and guess what! I have an appointment for 3pm today and they just called to reschedule because the driver is done with all of his other stops and dont want to hang around until our agreed upon appointment. This company is a joke and the customer service team is awful. In my ***** calls I have talked to one good representative.

      Horrible! Purchased microwave from Lowes which uses this company for installation. First time scheduled, the installer called and said he had a flat tire. Second time scheduled, the installer did not show within the time frame. When we called to check the status, we were rescheduled without notification. Two days wasted. Third time scheduled, company said their installer has COVID. Now rescheduled two weeks out. Think I may be better off getting a refund. Buyer beware, if you buy an appliance and need installation, avoid this company. Not sure why ***** continues to use them.

      Horrible customer service! We waited 8 hours for a microwave to be installed at my fathers home. No one called, no one showed up and when I finally got ******** in the line she was RUDE and could care less. What an awful experience w an unprofessional company. I cant believe they are still in business!

      This is horrible service. I had an installation appointment for a microwave install and they never showed up. They reschedule for the next week and dont show up AGAIN! I called Lowes and canceled d the whole order. So frustrating!

      I purchased a fridge from lowes years ago & added an extended warranty. When it came time to use my warranty, I got the run around. My fridge still isnt fixed. Lowes gave me a giftcard for my inconvenience. Thats the only reason I went back. I purchased an over the range microwave & paid for installation. They sent me an email with an installation date a whole month away for a microwave they have in stock. I called to inform them I wont be in town that day & do they have anything sooner even if its the day before. The young lady checked with crst & told me the next available day is the next month. So youre telling me now they expect me to wait 2 months for a microwave thats in stock from a store thats less than 10 miles away from my home. That is crazy. Im picking up my microwave, canceling my installation, getting my $150 installation fee back & Ill either do it myself or find a handyman to do it. After reading the reviews for crst, I dont even want to be bothered with them.

      What an absolutely horrible company and horrible service. I had a installation date of July 13th scheduled. I called them on July 11th at about 530 pm and asked if there was a window for installation time yet. I was told no and that I would receive a call the next day on the 12th after 3pm to confirm the installation window. I waited until 530 pm on the 12th heard nothing, called them and was told the appointment was canceled and rescheduled for July 20th. I took the day off work for this and u didn't have the decency or respect to let me know it was canceled? After many many calls I found out the area manager canceled and rescheduled it on the 11th but didn't bother to inform me? Why assume that I'm available on the 20th, did you bother to ask the customer that you inconvenienced what day would work for them? Did you consider I missed a day of work for nothing? Are you going to compensate me for that? Supposedly my case has been forwarded to the area Manger who did the scheduling. What I want is to be treated with respect, my time is worth something, your customers are people too, we have jobs, life's, families, we are just not available when it's convinced for you. In the mean time I've had a dishwasher sitting in my living room for 2 weeks now will be over 3 if the installation is actually done on the next scheduled day. Do you have no respect for your customers that you cannot inform them of a cancelation? Your customer service reps are rude on the phone say there's nothing they can do and blame it all on the area manager. I want an appointment rescheduled on a day that is convenient for me and at a time that I choose, I don't want to hear excuses make it happen. I already missed a day of work for this.

      I was supposed to have a delivery today and the delivery person seemed to take offense to me asking him to wear a mask. In fact, he said because he was Spanish I asked him to wear a mask and that "you people are fresh, fresh, fresh." I proceeded to tell him that it did not matter what his race was that anyone making a delivery would be asked to wear a mask as I have kids in my home to protect. I provided a mask for both to wear or not wear if they had their own. He told me that he was vaccinated and that if I did not want him to deliver it he would not deliver it. I asked him to proceed with the delivery and told him that I would speak to his management later as I did ask for anyone who comes to a make delivery to have a mask. The delivery person said he would not deliver my refrigerator. I informed him that I paid for it to which he replied "you did not pay me." Mind you refrigerator was paid for on June 5th at ********** and there have been delivery and product challenges since then. With that being said the delivery person got on the phone and talked to who I presumed was his manager in Spanish. Although I kept asking for his managers contact information he proceeded to ignore me. The driver left with my refrigerator and refused to deliver it. When I asked ********** why the driver claims the delivery was not made and they were told that I was rude. Mind you I did not curse or do anything that could be deemed rude. ********** needs to change companies as they do not do good business. My rating is a 0.0.
