    Working with the Birch Gold Group was amazing. *************** and *************** are professional, knowledgeable, expedient, and were able to answer all of my initial questions with patience and ease of transferring information to a new person on the block of purchasing precious metals. I feel very comfortable to reach out to the them, at any time, and ask them questions. They are consistently available and continue to keep in contact with me, after the transaction has taken place. I am impressed with their customer service and look forward to working with them in the future. I found my team at Birch Gold Group to be expedient, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind from my initial contact through the purchase of the product. ******* contacted me immediately upon my request. He was most helpful with my initial questions. He referred me to my specialist, ****. **** is incredible. He came on the line quickly after ******* referred me. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He was most patient with all of my questions. This man really knows his business and I am most impressed! He gently walked me through all the "ins and outs" of the process, product, and purchase. **** gently and patiently walked me through all of the housekeeping issues. I was given all the time I needed to get my questions answered, there was no pressure, and my team never made me feel like I was taking too much of their time; a very comforting feeling these days. My entire team at Birch Gold Group was nothing short of incredible. I highly recommend this company. I look forward to a long a prosperous relationship with this group.     I researched several companies for a couple of weeks before signing with Birch for my long-term, IRA *********** After absorbing all the info I could from the specialists, I did my own research on the different metals, purchase options and felt very confident with my decisions. They're able to offer the lowest, annual, maintenance fee out there,
    through their relationship with the custodian and made the rollover process a breeze! I did have a couple of customer service issues that were immediately addressed by *******, Director of Customer Relations. She is amazingly personable and professional, along with the very sweet girls who answer the phones. I'm looking forward to a long, prosperous relationship with Birch!

    I first heard of Birch Gold Group on the ***************** show and figured I should look into them. All the representatives of Birch Gold Group and Equity Trust were more than courteous as we worked together creating my portfolio. They are up tp date on market conditions and other factors that might influence your investment. I worked primarily with *********** and ********, but everyone there made sure I had everything I needed before concluding our business.
