  I was with Birch Gold for 4 years. They are legit and professional. Not always easy to get a hold of but they call back eventually. My beef is they are not transparent with their pricing. You want to invest in Gold and Silver, but they put you in esoteric coins and there is no way to track value. I feel they quote whatever they want when you look for a current value and when you sell. I have no problem with them making money, but it seems like they charge 10%+ when you buy and sell. That is 20%. With Gold and Silver not moving much, how you make any money? At least I did not lose 20% last year but I feel you would be better with cash. Silver falling 16% YTD sucked.

  I am a new customer with ********************** Gold and my experience was very positive. They were very helpful in getting me started with a 401K transfer and a gold and silver purchase. The transfer was quick and the metals arrived faster than promised. My representative ****** answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner.   I worked with Birch Gold for the last (3) years and theres a reason why I keep going back to them. They make the process easy. **************** is outstanding. They make themselves readily available and address any questions and concerns. I felt comfortable with them from day 1. This meant a lot to me because when I started with them, I had very little knowledge of gold and precious metal investment. Birch Gold is the only precious metal dealer I recommend.

  Five stars arent enough to rate our experience with Birch Gold. I would give ******************* and ******************************* 10 out of 10 in all areas. As first time buyers our experience could not have been more positive, *****, ********, and all involved in our transaction were professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient.
