Company is a complete scam. Do not put any information or you will be charged. They do not give refunds and and they play dumb when you ask about a refund.

****! ****! SCAM!OpenLoop Health took my credit card info on the premise that I would be able to get meds. 3 min into my 1st interview they said I didn't qualify and said I would get a full refunded. They refunded 1 charge $229, but didn't refund a 2nd charge of $297. Once I caught it my ********** said it was passed the 60 day window.Looks like they are really good at taking peoples money ad proving nothing.

    Hello,

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding your charges. I'd like to provide some clarity below:

    1. $297.00 on August 24, 2024

    2. $229.00 on August 24, 2024

    3. $229.00 on September 25, 2024

The two charges of $229.00 related to medication you did not receive were refunded to your account on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.

Regarding the remaining charge, this pertains to your three-month subscription commitment with Futur Health. Subscription fees are managed directly through Futur Health's billing team, and any refund requests must be submitted to them for review.

That said, I have escalated your case to their team and successfully secured a partial refund for one month of your subscription. A refund for only one month was approved, as no medication was shipped and no successful appointments occurred during October.

I truly apologize for any frustration this situation may have caused and am glad we were able to reach a partial resolution.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

    Best regards,
    Head of Patient Experience

Signed up for weight loss program 2/23 at 10pm....was charged immediately.I signed in the next day to the chat to cancel. they gave me no information.I had to cancel through credit card....did not work...the credit card company said "as soon as you click on the 'start an account' that indicates that you have agreed to the charges with the cancellation time being 'any time before you are charged'"...but how is it possible that the cancellation time is zero?I have called *************....they kept trying to get me to make an appointment with a doctor to sell me product."i want to cancel and I want my money back" is what I had to repeat about 5 or 6 times for them to get me to billing.billing assured me they were going to cancel and went as far as giving me a confirmation number. They gave me a different number to call back to check on the reimbursement/cancellation email they are supposed me send me within 24 hours....I will update if and when i hear from them.

So this company is an entity associated with another company by the name of future health and when you sign up They first have you give all your information your name they do a precursor of a health check to see if you even qualify. Then they ask you for your name your address your information on your credit card and tell you that there will be a membership fee of $12?. I believe it was, but then they go onto tell you that you have you have to make an appointment after making the appointment they then send you to another page the other page then informs you that $120 membership has been forgave and this ****** some price is to speak to the doctor and the $537 and some cents price is for the product that you will be using. They make it so hard for you to go back to cancel anything even when you reply to many texts emails that thats not applicable because they say you have to go through certain chanels only finding this out after I tried to cancel all of it and if I had known up front what the whole cost was Id not have signed up! This was not what I had signed up for they made it sound like that the membership price was for the appointment and the the product, its only till the next page that you only see that now youre going to be charged 2??.00some to have the doctors appointment and 537.?? For the product and that they forgave the 12?.00 Membership price. I continued to try and cancel via email, text, and I went to my local library and asked the staff there to help me. They couldnt either. I have a tbi post concussion syndrome and on disability if these facts would have been brought upfront, not hidden Before I signed up, I would have never signed up. My credit card was able to get the 2??.00 off my bill permanently but not the price of the product of 537.??or reoccurring charges for membership navigating this shouldnt be this hard. I didnt see a doctor ir reschedule so thats forgave but the product price isnt when its not received! This isnt honest!

Wish there was a zero. First of all, my contact was through Future Health. Read the ad. It was supposed to cost $229.00. For the mediation. Saw that OpenLoop charged my debit card for an additional $599.00. Totaling $828.00. Said it was for labs set and ** visit. My appointment was for October 31. Couldnt find a link for the video chat so I called. They said my payment didnt process so they canceled my appointment. I told them I could see it missing from my account. They then rescheduled me for 11/1. Had my chat with the doctor and he asked me to send my recent labs from my doctor. I sent them. Several days later I called and asked what was the holdup. They said they needed more labs. So I went a half hour drive to the specified lab and waited. A couple of days later they said they needed more labs. **ove to their lab and did more labs. They said they didnt receive the results. Then I got a message that my medication was enroute. Never came. Called and called. The people at OpenLoop service just kept apologizing but no meds appeared. I told them to cancel everything. They said that I couldnt get my money back because of the expense of the doctors visit and labs. Then on 11/15 they sent me a form to fill out for my next refill. I responded that there would be no refill because I never got the first dose. Said I wanted to cancel. 11/20 they charge my account another $229.00 for a refill. I called my bank and filled a dispute and canceled my debit card. Apparently the bank forgot to cancel the debit card so I was charged another $229.00 on 12/18 for another refill. I filed another dispute. The bank has refunded my money pending investigation. I never received any of the medication but they continue to bill. You should look at the complaints filed on them. How can they have an A+ rating!!! Its a scam operation.

    Hello ********,

Apologies on the miscommunication with your account. You signed up for a 6 month membership which explains the $599 fee, and then you incurred the separate medication fee of $229. These fees are on set billing cycles and are continuous charges unless the account is cancelled.

    OpenLoop Health, Inc.

    Date: 12/19/2024

    Hello ********,

I apologize for any miscommunication regarding the pricing of the subscription and prescription, but I want to clarify that these are billed as separate invoices.

After reviewing your account, I see that you were invoiced on 11/19/2024 because you completed a refill intake form, which generated a new order. However, I also noted that you requested to cancel the order and your membership around 11/20/2024. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the pharmacy order, allowing ******** to receive a refund since the medication was not shipped.

During our phone conversation and in my follow-up email sent on 11/22/2024, I advised you to contact Futur Healths direct customer service line at ************ due to us having no access to subscription changes or billing. Reaching out directly by phone ensures you receive immediate confirmation of your account cancellation and further assistance with your refund request.

To conclude, we have refunded your charges for medication that you have not received, as well as in the process of refunding you all/or a portion of your $599 subscription fee.

I hope you have a great rest of your year.
