    Healthogenics and OpenLoop. OpenLoop failed to provide any healthcare though they advertise as a "weight loss clinic"and I never spoke with a professional. I specifically requested a specific medication, due to my allergy to another, and not only did the provider fail to speak to me, they sent a prescription I am allergic to AND charged me for a visit that NEVER occurred. These healthcare providers needs to be investigated and the company as a whole should NOT be providing care to patients as they are threatening lives. Please contact me if youd like to hear more.

    Open **** started sending me text and email messages saying a had several hundred dollars in bills for services appointments over several months I never had. I can't even tell what company is fraudulently trying to change me to follow up on. Also why am I seeing bills for the first time from 6 months ago. There's no way to get a hold of them other than a contact form no one ever responds to. I need help clearing this up.

    Great service! As a newer company they really have their customer service down. They are very helpful and the portal is clear. Even when I let my medicine lapse, they were quick to get me started and the paperwork/appointments were easy. The doctor I've worked with is very consistent and remembers me from appointment to appointment. Thanks OpenLoop!

    They never followed through after first purchase and charges, there was no Doctor to talk to, it was a nurse practioner yet Doctor was what I was to pay for. They never answeres emails and just **** no more.

After reviewing your case, we have confirmed that you received a visit with our provider, *******************, NP on 7/20/24 @ 10:10 am CDT.  Medication was prescribed and sent with an email notification to you.  A lab order was also request and an email sent with notification, along with a copy of your lab requisition form, on 7/20/24.  We sync our payments with the estimated time frame of your next refill to help ensure our patients medication is not delayed.  Refill intake form was emailed to you on 8/15/24.  We would like to note there is a price difference between branded and compound prescriptions.  And, At any time you can request an appointment with a provider. We do our best to stay in touch, inform and communicate with our patients.
