      ******** product, bought a Flexsteel **** leather couch. I have been complaining about the quality to Flexsteel for over a year. Leather is blotchy and faded. I was referred to a third party **************** Replacement leather back covers were ordered, when Service came to install wrong product was sent. Repaired personal took of the existing cover prior to finding out wrong materials were sent. The existing cover was torn by service. Not only does the couch look horrible, but now I have a rip in the back.UNACCEPTABLE

      I paid over 3k for a sofa expecting quality. I had to wait 3 months only to find out it was delivered from *****. It was the ****** model. The "high quality leather" was a scam. It was a super thin leather that was zippered together. My Yorkie was able to destroy it within the first week. I was totally misled and ripped off.

      I'd give it a zero if I could. Do not buy their modular sets. For the price you pay, is absolutely junk with the cushions of the lowest quality that they can make it out of. Second, there is no replacement or solutions they can provide. They ask you to go upholster it elsewhere. My set , for which I paid 7K and another 3 K for ottomans, 3 months ago is not usable. They admit they make poor quality, low density cushions for modulars. I Don't even know how they stay in business with this level of quality/support. That 1 star I have given them is a gift.

      They don't stand behind behind their products ...they pass you around to different people with the same outcome....would nevr purchase from them again !!!

      Well obviously we should have first seen they whether they were accredited. But buyer beware. The couch we ordered is not the couch we received. The one we received is so small, it feels like you are getting pushed off and our legs hang over the cushions. If someone was 4'5" this couch might work. It is the most uncomfortable couch we have ever had. Then we learned the floor model was well used and the back was smashed down. We were willing to take the floor model, that we really liked in exchange for the one we received, but Shimocks Furniture refused, even though we only had the couch for 2 days and it still has the tags on. The owner / manager of Shimocks gaslighted us saying it was not an issue..everyone has the same concern etc. Anything to make it seem that it was us. They also said the showroom couch was sat on for two years, then said six months...then said a year. He couldn't keep his lies straight. They got our money but they will never get our return business.

      The leather used on their furniture is not dyed, the color is painted on and is only warrantied for one year. Once the warranty is over, the color begins to rub off. I will never buy Flexsteel products again.

      I have 2 Flexsteel barrel swivel chairs. They were purchased about 9 years ago. One of the metal bases is broken and the chair leans to one side. The chair bases have a lifetime warranty. I contacted Flexsteels Iowa headquarters and was directed to the store where I purchased the furniture. I contacted the store and they directed me back to a Flexsteel employee who could examine my problem. This employee told me a replacement base is not available and she could not help me. 3 months later a flexsteel customer service representative emailed inquiring on my claim, I replied to her email explaining the situation outlined above. Its been several months now and she never responded. Great company right?I just purchased replacement bases on **** with my own funds. Will never purchase another Flexsteel product again.

      I do apologize that you have not gotten a response back from the **************************** I am not sure whom you were speaking with.  Each one of our emails is tied to a case number.  If the case was closed or pending the customer service *** may not have gotten your response. It is possible that the factory that made the base you needed was no longer able to supply us with the part, that may be why you received a response stating that the part was not available.  Sometimes even when we are not able to get parts it is possible to find them online.

      I have a sectional couch that I purchased 2 years ago that includes a 5 year mechanical and electrical warranty. I have the original receipt. One of our recliners has stopped reclining (electric).The company's service directed me to ServiceCo for the warranty which they've indicated the warranty is expired. This was by a single photo of the couch and receipt. Incredibly poor customer service. As noted with many other reviews, they don't appear to back their own warranties. I will never purchase another Flexsteel product.

      Hello,

      If the customer has contacted ServeCo and they have been told the warranty has expired, ServeCo is talking about the warranty for labor/service. I would advise the customer call ServeCo. I am not sure what part is needed, but if it is a motor, switch, or power source they are covered for 5 years. the parts would be at no charge, but any labor or service charges, per our warranty, (after one year of ownership) would be the customers responsibility.
