      We purchased a power sofa and manual loveseat in early September 2018 from ********* furniture store. It was supposed to be 100% leather. I specifically asked if it was definitely 100% leather and would be pet friendly. Yes, yes, yes was the answer. We got a pup shortly after we purchased this furniture. So, advance 4 years, the outer leather is still in tact. However, over a year ago the seams sewn into the underside of the backs and seats have peeled. In addition, the foam in both reclining seats on the sofa have apparently broken down as we feel like we are sitting in a hole. We had bought extended warranty. I didn't even think about the warranty until my friend said to contact the furniture store. I was actually trying to get an appointment to get it reupholstered. The furniture store had to have me wait until the salesperson that sold this to me to come in the next day to call me. 4 years, I had to laugh. What a way to do business. I also called ******* ***** where the Flexsteel Corporation is. Everything is a big farce. Yes, the foam is under warranty, but they don't tell you it will cost $65 per seat for labor, $80 to pick up sofa and bring it back and approximately $225 for shipping. I'm ready to have this piece of junk taken to the dump. Don't believe anything anyone tells you. Do your own homework and find real furniture built. Don't get anything with memory foam or coil springs and always check the wood frame for hardwood and inside material isn't fake leather!

      Flexsteel is not involved in any extended warranties that the store may have sold you. We will be happy to assist your store with any parts that are covered under warranty. Labor as stated on the warranty card is covered for 1 year.

      I purchased a Flexsteel ********** reclining set in November 2019. As of July 2022 the dye is washing off with a damp towel with water. I contacted the furniture store, the company who does warranty work and Flexsteel. I cant even get a return call from ********************* who does the warranty work. Flexsteel ******************* keeps responding to remind me my warranty expired at 1 year. Seriously folks!!! Its very disappointing that Flexsteel wont stand behind their product when there is obviously a defect. All I want is the dye to fix it! I would not recommend purchasing anything from Flexsteel.
