      This is the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with HORRIBLE not member friendly hour wait times on phone then rude and nasty have a specialty vehicle wanted put in storage for winter and they would not allow I have never had an issue with this at any other financial institution I would not give them one star dont let dealers recommend or use this credit Union poor management horrible service equals BAD for you

Our contracts require members keep Comprehensive and ******************* on their secured collateral at all times and we are only able to make exceptions for boats and snow mobiles.       Recently financed a new truck through this organization. Made 6 months worth of payments within 3 months of taking out the loan. 2 months later they are saying that i am 2 months past due. Apparently basic math is too hard for this organization. Visited local branch today and was told they couldn't *********** months worth of payments at a time. That 2 months was as far as they were able to pay. They did promise to remove the late charges if i paid for the 2 months... My little hometown bank might be a little bit higher interest? But at least they are intelligent enough to make multiple payments... AKA simple math...

      Never would I recommend this bank to anyone! They took over my old bank and do business completely different! I had transactions come through then my deposit came through maybe an hour later instead of like my old bank where the transactions would be in pending like normal banks they put them through so they made overdrafts! I have hundreds of dollars of overdrafts because I sent my bills to be paid overnight when my husband got paid and they came in right before his check so guess what one NSF, two NSF fee etc. etc. I have never in my life had this happen to me! The next day I had an auto charge from my dentist office and they went to charge my card and instead of saying denied it said INSUFFICIENT FUNDS IN ACCOUNT. Do you know how embarrassing that is? Sorry for the long review I just want people to know they have ** care in the world for their customers. I called and asked for help to remove these and they said no only one. Needless to say Im going to close my account out which I had from my previous bank for 15 years.

It is never our intention to order transaction in a way to cause fees and we're very sorry that this happened in your case. I reviewed your account and can see that the reason the deposit posted later than the withdrawals was due to it being part of an exception file that had to be manually posted and I have refunded all fees related to the issue.
