The process was very smooth. I called Home Warranty with the service man right beside me. He talked to the ** service rep and explained the problem. The part was ordered. After the part was installed, I emailed the paid bill to ** and in a few weeks I got my check.Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc

Thanks for the review! Freon is being phased out completely (production of new Freon (R22) ceased as of Jan 2020) so eventually everyone will need to switch to a replacement refrigerant. Would be glad to discuss your options for that going forward if you are interested.Review fromBonnie V
