I've had a home warranty with this company for a couple of years now, and so far they have been great. Much better than the last company I had a home warranty with. They have lots of affordable options, and they are very flexible about renewal and changes to coverage. I've never had a problem with them covering what they said they would. The only suggestion I can think of would be to have a full online portal, where our coverage could be viewed. They do have an online claims form, and most correspondence is available by email - but I would upgrade this to a five star rating if they were fully accessible online.

Hi ***** - we do not see anything outstanding for contractors? Last bill received on 10/23 and was paid on 10/24. We pay within 4 days of receiving the completed work invoice (and in your claim, we paid within 1 day).Review fromDebbie Z

Very pleasant on the phone. Helped with getting our reimbursement quickly. Had to hire our own plumber but got the hot water heater replaced the same day (as opposed to waiting a week for the recommended plumber).Home Warranty of the Midwest, Inc
