  It's actually unfair how they can get away with this. How they've not been sued for blatant stealing. Their equipment will lock you out so easy. Once locked out, time to pay the fee! Oh and get the machine serviced! Again and again! Its capitalism at its finest and nothing we terrrrrrrible people can do. OHHHH and customer service is over seas.

  AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!My son had an intoxalock installed in December 2021. From the start, he had nothing but problems.From the beginning, the batteries would go dead. In December, he had two new batteries installed. Periodically, they would go bad again. He has had 4 tows, and numerous Uber rides. Intoxalock couldn't find a problem.He had a new starter installed by a competent shop, which said there was a short to the starter from the Intoxalock device. ($604) After that, it still would not start.He then had it towed to an Intoxalock dealer, who said it was installed incorrectly.They removed and re-installed the device. $334. After getting home, he discovered that he could start the vehicle without blowing.The wrecker that towed his truck broke his steering wheel adjuster.He got the vehicle calibrated on the 2nd of August, and had it removed on the 6th, per instructions from his probation officer.Today, he received a letter from DPS that he had violated his Intoxalock, and that his licence would be suspended in October. He has obeyed his probation terms. The problem was a defective Intoxalock unit that drained his battery.I have never seen such a series of disasters. Intoxalock (if you can ever reach them) is of absolutely no help. The cost, inconvenience, and anguish this has caused can be placed totally on Intoxalock.

  Whenever you call them the customer service is the least helpful experience ever. They charge you an additional fee if your battery dies and then give you a while condescending speech about "not letting your battery die" in the middle of winter.The next experience I had with their customer service was when I went to get my device calibrated. Their servers were down and I drove 40 miles since the closest service center was so far.Couldn't get it calibrated on my last day allowed (right between a weekend and a holiday). They told me I was s*** out of luck if I didn't get it done that day. No offer to postpone. Just a "good luck with that."This company is a money grab.

  This is the most poorly ran company I have ever had to work with. This morning I did my first rolling restard and the thing blew ****%, way over Intoxalock limit which then made it throw a fit. The next reading, which I had to pull over because it was honking my horn and flashing my lights as I drove, showed ****% BAC. I CALL INTOXALOCK TO TELL THEM ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND IT IS MY FAULT?! WHAT IN THE HECK!If I could leave a lower review I would. It's absolute bullcrap that they have an A+ rating 167 ratings putting them at 1/5 stars. I don't trust your accreditation, BBB.

  My Initial system was installed incorrectly causing a lockout 5 days after installation. The vehicle had to be towed to another facility that discovered due to the system being installed incorrectly my new battery that was less than a week old was drained & it blew the fuse to my power locks & parking lights. Every customer service representative they employee is incapable of problem solving as they simply read from prompts & can not understand you. The fees that are continuously charged are not as discussed in the lease and must be paid or they will register the device as not active causing violations to ones driving record. At installation they staye calibration every 60 days but then require it monthly & also add additional charges for faulty equipment. They also state you may have to provide a sample after 5 minutes but in driving 11 minutes 4 samples were required. This is a deiving hazard and completely unsafe. They claim they have a survey after each interaction but almost everytime it was a negative experience i was disconnected & not sent to provide feedback. Hold times are long and you are constantly disconnected anytime you request a supervisor. It is an awful piece of equipment with horrible representation.

  The roadside assistance that was forced on this agreement held my car hostage So after this device malfunction for the whole first week it was installed. The device Wouldnt activate to start the car. I was stuck at work . Meaning I was forced to use the third party roadside. What a nightmare. Once the car was picked up.The Scam artist couple at Preferred towing , proceed to call me ,50 times to force me to pay over the phone while I was driving . And when I stated that I would pay the driver once I got the service center. That *** at preferred towing had the tow truck take off with my car. Then that little guy decided to charge me by the hour, for a total of $545, because preferred towing doesnt like ********* because of what *** has done to their country.intoxalock Couldnt even set this straight because its a third party?BS. Why Force this service plan clients!preferred towing contact information and prices are No where to be found . Dont think Police can help you find your car because its not reported in system, SCAM LIKELY.So I paid the $545 for the 5 -6 hours preferred stole my car . I couldnt go pick my car like a normal tow yard, so when they took my car back the service center. BOOM I submitted a Fraudulent claim and got my money back F U preferred towing at ****************************************************************. But the joke is still on me or clients because we still have to pay for this fraudulent roadside service. some months three times (the beginning the middle and the end of the month.)AND you know what the whole PROBLEM was to START, the device was installed with a bad cable( $150 installation)If your younger , talk to family about giving you rides . If youre older like me and have no choice, maybe you should pick a different company. No Need to comment with phone numbers that go to voicemail and Empty promises.the nightmare continues

  I had a lockout on my device caused by me missing a retest. I took the test but I was late . I was charged 80 fee. After having the lock out cleared I asked if they could waive my fee. They said no. I then said I want to change companies. On of the employees sent my device in a lockout again out of spite. Now Im charged another 80 dollars. Intoxalock told me I missed another test which is not true because I didnt go no where. So now I have 180 in fees that I should not have been charged. Connor that works there refused to let me speak with a supervisor.

  By far the worse company I have ever worked with. Theyre equipment is trash, always fails. Putting you at risk of a false positive or having no car since it wont start without the device working as its suppose to. **************** is non existent and expect a wait for 30+ minutes every time.Look for another company if youre in need of one of these devices.

  Kept billing me even tho my device was removed.. billed me for a sleeve that I never got for the device and when I called the lady told me well its just a dollar. billed me for road side assistance and gave me the wrong number stay away from them!!

  Name is ***** Ive been back-and-forth on the phone with Intoxalock as they continue to lie to me and told me that no supervisors is available. They are lying theyre telling me that I cant have a device shipped to me but that is incorrect because in the state that I live in I can I have spoken to an attorney they are absolutely rude disgusting disrespectful they dont care to help people get their lives back on track they want to see you fail they enjoy it I have contacted the *** ************************* I have recorded every phone call conversation that I have had with them three of them today I have all their names Ive looked up each of their employees directories and I have my attorney if they would like to know my attorneys name I will gladly give it to them somebody needs to take this company down for what they are doing to me and to all of you I have prepared a huge email for ************************* Ive gave her every documentation and recordings I could. How can a company be ran with no supervisors and why is an employee telling me that they know what their supervisors is going to say Ive done nothing wrong my account has never been not paid and I have received every calibration I missed one because the company was closed I was sick but I was there and I found out they were closed because theres a note on the door during the week that they were closed for like five days they will provide that info to Intoxalock Im not lying but I cant do this I got a mother who is suffering from severe clinical depression and Im trying to prevent her from taking her own life I have to take her to her electric shock therapy appointment and I cant even do that because I dont have a vehicle I got a five-year-old who is starting school in less than two weeks and I cant even get her supplies nor take her because I dont have a Vehicle. Theres something seriously wrong with this company and what theyre doing 2 all of us Im sick 2 my stomach as Im watching my mom suffer I need help!!
