      Worst customer service ever. Devise locks out daily and have to pay 110 dollars to get it reset. Customer service reps have no clue what's going on. Absolutely the worst company I've ever had to deal with

      They are Incompetent and rude!!!!!! They will place you on hold FOR 1/2 HOUR, IF ANYBODY EVEN ANSWERS IN THE FIRST PLACE, then promptly disconnect you! They should not be in business at all. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE

      I wouldn’t even give this 1 star if that were an option. This company has scammed me out of hundreds of dollars already in the 6 months I’ve had the device installed because of now SEVEN illegitimate “violation 11” lockouts. I have tried to dispute all of them, I even have VIDEOS documenting the entire process - before even pressing the button, to blowing the sample, waiting for it to say that I passed and to start my vehicle, to the countdown continuing and then freezing even after I’ve started my car, to then the illegitimate lockouts that happened despite me doing every single thing correctly. Do not go through this company if you have the option. You’ll without a doubt be ripped off and they’ll tell you “there’s nothing we can do”. So ridiculous.

      Horrible horrible experience this company should not be a agency that represent the government.. in less than a month I've paid over $200 and had clearance of removal and they have yet to remove this device and balance keep going up. Probation officer called also sent in form of removal and they keep coming up with excuses why they haven't removed it or can't.. this is a scam I advise anyone not to use this service

      I didn’t even want to add a 1 star for…
      I didn’t even want to add a 1 star for this company & the staff including the roadside service they use. My experience has been the most frustrating, depressing, overwhelming, disappointing ridiculous experience ever. I have called them at least 35/40 times. Wait times of hours, disconnects, losing their calls, on hold with no call backs at least 6-7 times. ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO HELP. The MANAGEMENT SUCKS, not 1 of them have helped me in any way. I was on the line for almost 1 hour & 1/2 a few weeks ago & got nowhere, finally reached a manager, she put me on hold & once again lost the connection, she never called back. Most the time when this happens or we end a ridiculous call I’m crying. It has caused stress, high blood pressure my ulcer to act up, mental anxiety, loss of wages, cancelled appts. last 6 weeks I may have drove my car 3 times, of course I had to get a jump fro their roadside service (sucks too) I will say I have had 3 on time & quick service men that were great, other times a drug addict 3 hours late, no tools, he pulled over a biker on a Harley to help us! He had the wrench we needed to unscrew my battery, I was stuck in a garage at the hospital for 5 hours till 1am! Intoxalock tells me it’s my battery, we troubleshoot it & still it’s draining it. I do what they say & it’s still doing it, the so called manager today had the nerve to tell me,”the reason why your car isn’t running is because you haven’t been driving it!”Talking over me not letting me talk is what they do best at this place. I told her once again I can’t drive it because it won’t start thanks to the Intoxaloc Unit. she says why don’t you have another unit put in I said excuse me but did you read all the notes for the last six weeks all the calls all the information did you hear what I said. Anyway they haven’t helped I end up so stressed and in tears

      Dealing with this company is a emotional roll coaster ride. They take money from your bank account and tell you it’s been refunded. Therecustomer service is a joke. I was told one thing when signing up and was totally different after the device was installed. I am still owed $50.24 and have talked to 20 different people this matter. They prey on people because they know we are in a tough spot. How they sleep at nite knowing what they are doing to people is beyond me.. Think long and hard before selecting this company. Your wallet will thank you if you chose some other company,..

      I truly wish that I could give less than one star but unfortunately I can not. I got my device installed at the end of August. Not even a week later, I got an alert that I was in a lockout for what turned out to be a missed breath sample. I NEVER missed a breath sample. When I called them to find out what was going on, they told me to go and get it taken care of at the service center and call them back and they would waive their fee and would send me the information on when the breath sample was supposedly missed. I went and got it fixed, called back (like I was told to do) and the lady that I spoke to that time was even more rude than the first. She kept telling me that everything the first lady said wasn’t true, they weren’t going to waive any fee and that I better read my user manual (I did) and kept yelling at me asking me why I called (the first lady that I spoke to told me to call back after I went to the service center). Move on and now it’s a couple weeks later….

      I get a lockout violation… now it says for a violation three… looked it up and it’s tampering with the device!! I haven’t even touched it except to blow in it 800 times a day. I understand having to blow into it a few minutes after starting to ensure you are actually sober and didn’t have someone blow for you but five times every twenty minutes is insane and completely unsafe to drive like that. I am supposed to have this device for seven months… it hasn’t even been two and it has been nothing but issues so far. My fiancée is in a Facebook group and it seems like this is a common issue. Wait times are forever and no one is helpful… when you do get a hold of someone, all they do is yell at you.

      I put it on power save mode and turned off my car (everything was completely off so device shouldn’t have gone off) and I was sitting in my car waiting for my fiancée and five minutes of waiting and it goes off for me to blow which shouldn’t have happened.

      There needs to be a class action suit

      The sales rep is a con. Gives misleading information and lies and then when you try to call back they won't answer and have someone else call back days later. They give a price and then charge you over double than what they say. You can't get any answers from the customer service reps and they won't allow you to speak to a supervisor. When getting the system installed they canceled the appointment every single day for a week back to back days saying their mechanic had an emergency. I highly recommend looking into other companies than choosing this one.

      Just in case one wasn't bad enough, here's another. This is strictly for Kimberly ********* yes I'm talking to you. Btw, I'm coming for you. How do you sleep at night knowing that deep down you're a scammer. You and your company are some of the most unethical, scummy, people I have ever dealt with. You really did train your sales reps well, just like a true con. All, not just once or twice, all interactions from your outsourced, incompetent customer service reps have lied to me. You're really good at taking my money, but you stole it. I'm coming for you Kimberly *******, one way or another. You allow this to happen, and for what it's worth, in my eyes you're a "scummy person," and I'm putting that mildly.

      They overcharged me by giving me road assistance and stuff I did not want. Now they are still charging me after months of completion for roadside assistance. They told me it’s not their problem to cancel my card and it will stop…. They also charged me 80$ for lockout for something they did not even tell me about and had to pay for extra month… I don’t even drink been sober over .9 years… anyway they seem untouchable? Someone needs to investigate this place and shut it down… SCAM!
