      I regret making the mistake of going through intoxalock. It's the worst company I've ever dealt with, they WON'T close my account even though I paid all their fees and they still keep my account open so they can keep billing me. Their customer service won't help either

      This company is awful. I got transferred around from representative to representative for multiple hours over multiple days. I was lied to or fed misinformation from multiple people. Supervisors either had an extremely bad attitude when I got through to them, or just told the customer service representatives that I didn't have to talk to them. It took about five calls for them to finally reimburse me for the shipping of the device, which I was never told about in the first place. I had multiple representatives tell me that the fee for that would be removed while we were on the phone and it never happened. I was also given the incorrect amount for what it took to sign up and start, only to find out later that I had a "past due balance," which no one seemed to be able to explain properly to me. I hope anyone having to get an interlock device reads this and all of the other reviews and that this company never gets business from anyone ever again. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.
