    I am a recent tenant of ***. Id have to brag early and say they are on top of the maintenance requests I have put in. They sent someone to fix the issues right away and he was friendly and efficient!!

    Cant contact them, it takes you to a call center.They charge fees for everything even when you pay on time.Never fix anything in a timely manner. Cant get lease to you in a timely manner. They have fake good reveiws and they treat their tennets like a bother

    I'm having a great experience with EPM. I love My place. Everyone's experience is different. They work with me when my hours are low and I like that.

    This company is crooked. They will list a property for a price, then have you do the application(which has a $35 fee and you do it on the computer), and then they hit you with hidden fees that arent included in the listing info/price. Then they offer a no Deposit program where they explain to you that the deposit will be split up and added onto the monthly rent, but they are charging almost 100% interest on those payments. For example, the listing we were looking at was listed at $1050 a month. So $1050/12 comes out to be $87.50/month. They are trying to charge $150/month. Not to mention most of the properties we looked at had mold inside them and smelled terribly of smoke. Not to mention there were no washer and dryer included in the property and they dont provide lawn care/snow removal.

    Epm is very much a slumlord. They charge fees for EVERYTHING and take at least a week to respond about a concern, if they even respond. Usually you have to message them a few times to get a response. 0 out of 10. I hope more tenants know their rights..

    Tyler Rasmussens the owner of EPM Iowa (E)very (Pedafile) (Matters) is a piece of shit. I worked for this pedophile organization for a short time. They bring in homeless military that bring in their homeless friends and they raid dumpsters every night bringing in cockroaches. Almost every place i worked at in Cedar Rapids has cockroaches, bed bugs or black mold and epm doesn't do shit about it. They move in registered sex offenders without telling the tenants. Mr. Epstein will lie to you and make promises as an employee they don't act on and i have the text messages and emails to prove it. You will drive your own vehicle and never be reimbursed the money. You will be told they will pay your electricity and they don't do it. 2 tenants died in 1 apartment from heroine overdoses in just 6 months from one another and the rest of the family still lives there and epm will not evict them. We found hundreds of cockroaches in one apartment and nothing was ever done about it. Epm's the lowest form of trash you could ever rent from.
