  We had heard the advertising but were reluctant to call them. Then an acquaintance with a business told us that he had worked with IR and how professional and helpful they were. So we contacted them and began the process. We worked with Michael ***** and he kept us informed the whole process from start to finish with emails and phone calls. They did a great job. We could not have figured this out without them.

  Chavis Keller most-recently provided an excellent status report, reaching out to me by phone to inform me of our 4-month milestone, and he was very helpful. I was in the middle of important business, and he was very succinct, and informative on expected timing of refund receipt expectations.

  All my questions were answered in a timely manner and though the process was time consuming, it was easy to submit each item needed. The company made a daunting project very doable. My refund was much more than I expected.

  Innovation Refunds is an ERC mill and pretty much anyone that has ever used them will end up in serious trouble with the IRS

  Like most people, the first person that I reached out to was my payroll company. They are also a CPA and I was surprised to hear that I would be wasting my time in pursuing the ERC. That is why, upon receiving a reference from a friend who also utilized the company, I was highly skeptical.
  
  However, the entire process was handled exceptionally. Everything was finalized last month as far as the paperwork goes and I am now awaiting my check. April, Billy, and the rest of the team were great partners in the process and mine was likely a little bit more challenging than most.
  
  While I am withholding my final judgment in lieu of the check, I would certainly recommend this company to anyone interested in getting back what is owed to you as a business owner during one of the most challenging times of our lives. After all, we would do nearly anything for our employees/team members.

  Honestly, I was skeptical. But Innovation Refunds got RMI over $287k in refunds. They proved they can do it.
