    My experience with Michael ******* at Innovation Refunds was wonderful! He contacted me with any questions or concerns that I had during the process of our ERTC refund. He put a lot of patience and time into our file and made sure it was exactly what was needed. Michael Winters and I built a fun customer relation, he is such a great person with a humorous personality. Because of Michael he made my experience fun, easy, and professional. I was very lucky to cross paths with him and I know that he worked hard for our Company during each step. Michael cares about his customers and he showed that every day that we spoke. When he said he would call, he called, if I wasn’t available there would be an email immediately after. I expected this process to take a lot of time and energy from my other work tasks, but because of him I was able to accomplish it in a timely manner and I didn’t feel overwhelmed.
