  What a blessing Innovation Refunds has been to our company! We did not believe this to be legit in the beginning but it totally is! IR made it a no-brainer to proceed when they said they wouldn't charge anything unless we received a refund. Well, we did, and IR did not request their fees until we had the money in the bank. I highly recommend that every business use this company! The entire process was professional. The employees were all honest, responsive, and personable. Amber Thomas and Tammy Bunkofske treated us like their own. I am a little saddened that we will no longer be in contact as all our funds have been received. But the trajectory of our company has completely changed and will never be the same thanks to IR and the IRS. The entire process took 10 months. Praise the LORD!

  I was a little skeptical about going forward with the paperwork for this credit but Michael was such a great person to work with that it made me feel like it was going to be worth it. Michael walked me through all the paperwork and was patient with us trying to gather all of the documents required. It didn't help that we had switched accounting softwares half way through the years needed to process but we worked together on a way to report all the information in a way that was acceptable. Michael was unlike anyone I have worked with in the past his level of care and compassion was very evident. Great at making conversation and making me feel like he had our companies best interests! We enjoyed this experience and results so much we are going to go through the process with one of our subsidiaries!

  Innovation refund did an excellent job for us. The application process was fairly easy and we received the refund that was promised to us from the IRS
  We are a small wholesale bakery and we were struggling due to inflation and had a difficult time dealing with the increased cost of the raw materials
  Thanks to Jacob ***, Ryan **** and Matt ****** to get us out refund from the IRS.

  Innovation Refunds got us money that we didn't know we were eligible for. They hold your hand through the entire process and are in continued communication with you. We were leery at first but now they have our full trust. We had 3 people we worked with throughout the process and all were great. Emily Lee helped us with our enrollment, Anival Torres helped us with our application process and Chivas Keller is helping us now that we are receiving payments. You only pay them if and when you get paid. It's a no lose situation.

  I was a bit skeptical when contacting innovation refunds and handing over company information. I am more than happy that I did. Everyone I worked with answered every questions without hesitation. My main contact Devonte' made it feel as if I was his most important client. I had also worked with Adam and Moren. They too treated me with the upmost respect. I appreciate how upfront everyone was about the time this would take and walked me through every step along the way.   These guys are the real deal. They got my business almost $100K back in refunds that I never knew I was entitled to and took care of the whole process soup to nuts. Great service and no up-front liability. They only get paid when I get paid. Now that's a no-brainer! like Manna from Heaven.

  Smooth and fairly quick process overall. Chelsea made the beginning of it all easy to work through and then Jeremy was there for me for all of the rest! I was very skeptical in the beginning, almost pulled out of the process a few times, but I was offered reassurance each time speaking with these 2 folks. I ended up filing for all 3 of our small businesses and each one will be getting something back! Thanks so much to Innovation Refunds!!
