  Contacting Innovation Refunds was the best thing I could’ve done to help my business with the employee tax credit refund program. To be honest with you, I was skeptical with so much scams going on right now that I went through the process hoping that I wasn’t wasting my time.
  
  However Justin Godwin and Zach Meseck were very professional throughout the process, and always had only good news for me. I recently received the funds, which were a blessing for my family and my business, and I will use every last penny to keep my business afloat. Thank you Innovation Refunds, keep up the great work!!!

  A big shout out to Frank Way and Josh Cohen and all the people with Innovation Refunds. I was skeptical of applying for the Employee Retention Credit with the number of scams going around but I decided to try. We have received the first check for over $26,000 and that is just for one quarter in 2021. We have several more checks to come. You have to have patience because the IRS is slow in working them.

  Chavis Keller has been wonderful to work with and kept in touch every step of the way in this process. I would highly recommend Chavis with his stellar work in getting my refund. He has contacted me periodically to what at expect next.

  Super simple instructions and user friendly. Updated information on a regular basis.
  
  Take time to review the BBB which is nothing more than an old fashion shake down agency. BBB has more complaints than any of the business it shakes down. Look it up for yourselves. Never trust this agency for anything.

  Tammy Bunkofske was very helpful every step of the way, even as we waited for the IRS letters to finally come in. We actually received more than what we thought we would. She would contact our company and let us know what's happening with our refunds and so much more. We felt at ease working with Tammy and Innovation Refunds! Would highly recommend working with Tammy B!

  As the financial Secretary for my church, my Pastor first told me about the ERC program that he had heard about through some other source and that our church should apply for it. I was then, so reluctant about applying because it sounded like a scam. To me, getting ERTC money back from the IRS for was unheard of. But shortly after, I saw the Innovation Refunds commercial on television and decided to google it. While leisurely scrolling on face book one day it's advertisement came up on my page and so I certainly applied for the ERC for my church. As soon as applied, I got a call from David Lake who told me that my church was eligible. So I got busy with the process that required uploading three years of filed documents. Mr. Lake referred me to Anival Torres who walked me through the whole process. He made himself available for all of my questions and concerns, until I had uploaded my last document. He then referred my case to the next phase for review. The final phase, a few weeks later was a virtual interview with one of their attorneys, I think John Mangan who approved us for our monetary award. After that, Alea Padden from Innovation kept in touch with me both by phone and by email while I waited, just to ensure me that it was in the IRS' hand and they were going to pay out. I waited approximately 3 months after being approved to receiving our legitimate checks that came directly from The Internal Revenue Service.
  From this experience, I leaned that the ERC program nor Innovation Refunds company were no scam. We paid Innovation Refunds their .25% after we received our checks. I recommend Innovation Refunds for your ERC.

  I could not have been more pleased with how Innovative Refunds handled my ERC refund from beginning to end. Sean P and Lori M did a great job in getting the whole process started. But Tammy B "knocked it out of the park" as she consistently and faithfully kept me informed on a continual basis as to the status of my claim all the way through until I received every refund check from the IRS. I highly recommend IR for anyone seeking the ERC refund. Be sure to ask for Tammy, she was wonderful!

  My experience with Innovation Refunds was excellent. My first contact was with Stephanie ******* and Heidi *******. It was an introduction phase and essentially a time to determine eligibility. That experience was handled in an expeditious and professional manner. The team walks you through everything you need to do and they make it pretty simple as long as you have your business records in order. Once you have submitted all of the tax filing information necessary to provide to the IRS the team of accountants and professionals review your eligibility and send you a complete summary of what you qualify for in regard to ERC. Once you get to that stage it is a bit of a waiting game. Mike ***** was my point man on that end and essentially throughout the waiting game keeps you informed that the process is moving in the right direction. I have to say I was always comfortable throughout the process primarily because you are always dealing with the same people. I had a number of email and phone call communications with Mike from the time of submitting paperwork up until the actual receiving of refund checks. All very professional and again making it easy to walk through the process. I know quite a few business people that felt they could do this process with less commission. For me the professionalism and expediency of the handling of my case was worth it. You don’t mind paying for a good product. Thank you

  We thought this whole Employee Retention Credit was a scam and was suspicious that this was legit. My husband asked me to look into a company he heard of on the radio called Innovation Refunds and after talking to Jason Beeson, we felt comfortable enough to look into it. We had to go through the process in parts and was assigned to Chelsea Steiner and then Michael Davis was our final point person. He was very attentive to our phone calls and emails, plus checked in to see how we were doing and reassure us everything was on track. We started receiving multiple checks higher than originally stated, within the perceived timeline and it was the best feeling to get ourselves out of the red and into the black, with the help of Innovation Refunds!! They have our highest recommendation!!
