      Today ******* was my technician for Fenix. He introduced himself before he started. He asked me if I had any concerns indoors as well as out. ******* came back after finishing and reported significant vole damage on my side yard. I asked what could be done and he suggested baits that they could put out. As he did not have any more with him he told me he would ask that someone return to put out bait. What a great young man-so polite and helpful!!

      I have cancelled the service 3days ago. There should NOT have any service by Fenix April 17. There is no choice of less than 1 star.

      **** was very helpful. He introduced himself and sprayed all areas of the outside, and also sprayed the inside of our 2 story home.

      ******* our technician knocked on the door with a smile on his face. He was very polite and professional. He inquired whether or not we would like his assistant and him to enter the house to search for possible areas of issue. They just let you feel very confident in their abilities.
