      **** ******** arrived and rang my doorbell and introduced himself and asked if there was anything in particular I was concerned about. I told him no, so he went about his inspection and whatever else he does outside my home.

      Fenix Pest Control charged me for a service they did not perform. Services they did perform were inferior. I contacted them and told them I would not pay for the service they did not perform and to not schedule any additional services. They then charged me a $130 cancellation fee, though I had not signed any agreement. They continue to bill me for the service not performed, the cancellation fee, and now late fees. I have contacted them about this several times and have got no satisfaction.
