      The service *** that came was great. I also tried to reschedule for when the snow is gone and the ground isnt frozen and was told they dont make money then. Im so confused bc my goal is to prevent ants. Not to make sure a company makes money. If the ants come back, we will cancel our contract bc last year the solutions didnt work

      Service tech arrived and performed job quickly and explained what he was doing. Company worked with me to reschedule my first appointment because the time didnt work for me -Company is responsive / accommodating and techs are always great !

      We scheduled our first service with them and they came out but let us know with the snow on the ground it wouldnt be useful to do the treatment. They would do the inside of we wanted but it is most useful to do interior and exterior treatments at the same time. They rescheduled with us and came on a better day.

      Received our quarterly treatment today by ****** ******. **** was courteous, thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable. He is taking over treatments at our home, and is a welcome addition as a Service Provider. We are pleased with his service, and we want the powers that be at Fenix Pest Control to be aware of our complete satisfaction with ********************

      I called ahead of my scheduled service due to noticing some rodent droppings in our garage. While I was not available at the time of the service, our babysitter who was able to assist, said ******* was very pleasant and helpful in addressing the problem.

      This shady company wants to your yard for bugs when the ground is frozen. They can't even kill the bugs in the summer months!!! Unfortunately, they rope you into a 4 treatment contract and threaten collections when you refuse service in the winter months because your not following their quarterly treatment schedule. This company couldn't be a bigger group of rip off artists. When you call the office for service you get attitude from employees. Save your money as this company doesnt care about results just the almighty dollar!
