      My girlfriend got robbed in there parking lot at night by there own loss prevention employee and there answer to it is not there problem he got off work 5 min earlier there loss prevention without saying anything ran up behind her in the parking lot and grabbed her purse and groceries that she just bought she thought she was to die turned out it was there loss prevention so after robbing her he decided he could verbally abuse her making her fear for her life well being and after all said and done the clerk who he gave her to walked out to him and said she paid for this stuff here is here receipt wow and there answer is not there problem he just got off work see you in court

      I have denied substitutions on the app multiple times and they have failed to go through and I have been charged and now denied refunds for food I cannot eat or food that is twice the cost of what I wanted to purchase. This makes my bill much higher and I end up with food I cannot eat due to dietary restrictions. I am cancelling my membership.

      Be aware of JUST 4 U coupon scams. Ur clipped coupons will be honored but the price doesn't line up .. some just 4 U coupons are also more then the item your clipping .. example last night was 3 twelve packs coke for $3.99 each ..I got the just for U coupon but the total was $3.00 more.. they honored it at $ **** , which isn't the coupon I clipped. They used my coupon for ******* French vanilla ******* for $3.99 and the coupon is for $3.89... this goes on continuously and the whole country needs to know tht albertsons coupon scams and fraud is beyond corrupt and underhanded.. taking advantage of loyal customers and Intentionally stealing from the public.. who is the thief ? Shouldn't the law be arresting this kind of thief.. add up your just 4 U coupons after U pay and you will see the scam and Beware

      *************************** is my name. I was shopping at Albertsons grocery store#****)1300Air Port FWY in *******,***** *****. On April 23,2021 I slip and fell down on Chemical aisle 13 thier was no wet floor signs anywhere to be seen.I got hurt very badly I am 100%disabled.My feet was in a clear liquid once I could stand up to see.I had to hobble to the **************** desk. I explained to the manager what happened. She came to aisle 13 with the Grocery manager. I was given a chair to set in. They both had paper towels put it over the floor. They walked away once they were done. They never said anything to **** sat in that chair for 15 minutes they never came back to check on me. I had to go back to the **************** desk. I ask the manager that got the liquid up , to call 911 so a Perimetic person could come help check me over. 1 asked her 2 times and she ignored **** asked her is she going to fill out a Accident report paper. 2 times she ignored me. I told her I am hurting and I need to know who is going to pay for my medical bills. I told her I am going to **************** hospital in ******* ,***** now. She ask for my phone number and Driver license I gave it to her. ********************** grocery store manager are Big Bullys.I went to hospital the Dr. did a MRI on me and told me I would have to get surgery as soon as possible. He told me the fall from Albertsons grocery store made the,Hernia mesh riped open from my Hernia repair surgery first time.The staffing and Dr.told me go get a lawyer. The staffing and Dr. told me this is not the first time they have had people get hurt at Albertsons grocery store and come to HEB. This company took over 2weeks to call me. I had to call them first and ask have they did a slip and fall Accident report . I was given the run around. I also learned that some of the employees at Albertsons grocery store really don't like Black people. This company needs *********************** in their life. They are just a Big Bully pushing us Customer around.

      Idiots must run the place. The *************** is horrendous, dirty, contaminated, they're mixing proteins and not cleaning anything, scales included. I will never return. Nasty. Germs. Bacteria. Disease. ICK!

      Did a pick-up order. Was charged. Attempted to pick up. The Albertsons app did not work. When trying to check in. Phone# on sign for pick up I called several times for twenty minutes. No answer. No one seemed to care, when asked for assistance inside store. They just gave me the phone # on sign. Process is terrible. Why do they charge before pick up?

      Fresh Pass scam all they do is use door dash. If there is a problem with an order there is no resolution or follow up. You get a $5 credit once a month they spread it out on every item in your order, if items are out of stock you lose the credit. Items are always out of stock. Cancel an order because of out stocks. Call customer services they say its a store issue, call the store it is door dash, call door dash has no clue the just deliver for fresh pass. All over orders that less than half of the orders is fulfilled. The last order was over $425 before the coupons and credits was sill $200 after. They basis the percent of drivers tip off the inflated price. By the time the order was assembled before delivery email receipt of $50 after all the out of stocks, but the tip is not adjusted. So if you agree to a 10% tip. You paying $42.50 to get a free delivery. Cancelled order because it was for Easter dinner and all meat was out of stock. 3 days later still trying to get my money refunded. It is 3-5 days after refund is issued, but they dont say how long before or if its going to be issued. This is not the first time the exact same issue has taken place. They do not read notes or substitute request. You get what you get or you get nothing. Example Ordered 10lb ground beef at **** LB they substituted same ground beef less then 3 lb and charged $5.99 LB for it. Your supposed to get free item every week that is never in stock. The produce is always sub par quality and a lot of the items are expired or very close to expiring. The only way to save money is to shop the sales 85% is out of stock, but the full price products you added to make them a meal arent. But you might as well have just put the money in the garbage. No one takes the time to call and ask if you still want the rest of the items. Example order, ground beef, hamburger buns, lettuce, onion, tomatoes and pickles. Ground beef is out of stock do you really want the rest of the items?

      They wouldn't let me go inside and buy laundry soap at 9:57 I was told that they are closed. This is my neighborhood Albertsons very disappointed this is the third time this has happened I'm done with it I'm going to winco from now on tired of wasting my time It's like they don't want my business.

      The 5th Manager ****** of the *********************************************************** Albertsons is a disrespectful racist. He refused to sell to my wife and I 30min before closing because my wife is ******. We had to drive 20min to a Vons to get what we needed.

      I popped in here pretty regularly over the years, because it's convenient on my way home.Tonight I had to pop in for a handful of items. I was sadly in Ruthies line again, I have always tried to avoid her as she had previously been rude to me and a client I had brought to do shopping.****** was very friendly with the customer in front of me, even going to the next isle over to grab her a few candy bars. My turn now and I bought a reusable bag, she didn't bag anything. So I asked her, do you guys bag for your customers; no answer and she looked right at me. So I had to bag my own.**** and 'waited' while getting my keys out and putting my receipt away. I wanted to see if she was going to bag for the customer behind me, and sure enough not only did she bag but she was so happy and friendly. It was then that I realized she had bagged groceries for the customer ahead of me as well.Now is a good time to mention I am white. Guess what, the customer in front of me AND after me were both black women.On the way out I asked security who the manager was and he wasn't sure who was on duty. So as soon as I got home I called. Manager was on break so I called back. I spoke with the manager on duty and she was pleasant and though her management level couldn't do much she gave me direction and answered some questions for me; confirming the store number, store directors name and the number for corporate that I found on the receipt.I look forward to speaking with the store director and getting ahold of corporate. Funny how the manager on duty said the name of the cashier, she knew and I had not told her the time or checkout line I went through; what's that tell you. Says to me ****** is an issue, why is she still employed there!?!
