      I had an embarrassing moment at the pharmacy recently, I was ask to say out loud where I would place the cream and how many times a day, in front of the three other people around me, Im pretty sure this is a HIPAA violation. The woman who checked me out , she my insurance wont pay unless I said it verbally. My ******, twice a day. I have a yeast infection. There was a male pharmacist, and male behind me waiting, and another male to my side, and another lady near by. Our insurance companys have Waaayyy to much power!??. What else would I do with this anti itch cream? I asked , she said she just has to ask. So stupid, and embarrassing. I think blurting that out in front of the store is bullshit!!! Thats a private matter I feel I should have even taken around the corner behind the screen or something., where they give vaccines. Anywhere else.

      On many occasions when i shop here i buy items that are on sale, when i go to the self check out i get charged the full price for the items, this store is ripping people off, check your recipt before leaving the store, this happens every time i go there !

      Ordered chicken for tonights dinner from the deli early this morning. Opted for the 3 to 7 PM delivery. Received an email after 8 PM Stating there was a problem with the order. My order never arrived. I was not contacted and waited all day for dinner to feed my family of six. Its now after 8 oclock and I had to call **************** and they issued a refund that I wont see for five days. Im beyond upset at the lack of communication and fulfillment of my order. And now Im out my money and I see that other customers have complained about not receiving their refunds three weeks out. I just think this is such a disservice to the community and my family is totally disappointed that we dont have dinner. Unacceptable.

      Been a customer since 2009 and before of on, I wont spend my time on this review beyond two three sentences as time is precious to me as customer so here is "********************** App" *****. Their customer support is even worst. They ask for good review immediately even before the issue is fixed. I will go to my priorities now. I don't want to give Safeway even one star. I already dropped *****'s too long back. Thank you.

      I live in *******. Never have we had a place that sells baked BBQ pork buns.I've had the steamed from your ******** store. Very good but baked would be better. Thanks ****

      If I could rate less than one star I would. I was out if work and, at the urging of a friend of mine I applied here. I have a single felony on my record from ****. The manager said she had a good impression after the interview but when the application was sent to corporate I was blocked from employment. They stated that they considered me a danger to their products, customers and employees. When I wrote in on the appeal I received the exact same letter as before the appeal. And this outcome was with more than ************************************ and out of retail including more than 2 years working for Giant Foods in deli. Safeway's website states that they are a second chance employer but does not practice it in person. At least not in this location.

      The Safeway Floral# **** It uses the following website service for online orders: www.Rockymtngifts.com Powered by Shopify and FTD I have tried to reached out to ********************* ******* regarding an order I placed with them on October 16, 2023. I have called the number listed on their website which is www.Rockymtngifts.com. I left several voice messages but no one has returned my calls. I went to the exact Safeway store at which the order was sent to for creating the arrangement and delivering to my girlfriend's new job location. I showed them a picture of the item that was ordered which was supposed to be an 8 " Assorted Bromeliad Gardens in a Terracotta Pot which from the picture was a perfect small flower arrangement for her desk, but what was exactly delivered was a single flower in a very huge pot. It was clearly not what I order or a similar substitute, which they say is their right to do. At the store, they said I would have to call the number listed on the website. They did not handle consumer complaints regarding orders placed online. Store employee tried calling the Safeway account manager but said it went to voicemail. She then said she will send an email to the account manager on my behalf informing the manager of my complaint regarding my order. Its now October 24, 2023 and still no returned phone call from them. Its very frustrating when a you cannot get a response back from the company regarding an order you placed. Their refund Policy states the following:"If you aren't completely satisfied with your floral gift, we'll do everything we can to make it right. As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order for delivery in ***************** and ******. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will send a replacement or refund all or part of the purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order."Again I called, emailed and went to store nothing

      Safeway over-delivered items I did not order, yet charged me for them. I made the initial order and it came to $550.80. That amount was taken out of my bank account. I received double, triple most of the items I ordered and was charged for them several days later $923.19. Your mistake cost me $372.39. If you do not right this wrong, I along, with my entire network of friends and family will never shop Safeway again. This comes after an unanswered complaint on a previous order about delivering expired meats, yet I still tried Safeway delivery again, having been a "valued customer" for decades.

      Safeway delivery is charging a $6.00 container fee on their orders. This is a complete ***** to their customers especially when they do not specify which containers need to be returned for a refund. Also, these are not Safeways containers to begin with. How can Safeway justify this ridiculous fee?
