      All the Safeway are ridiculously scamming their customers. I had an order of nine items. That came to a total of $56.00 I called asked to speak to a supervisor (tired of wasting time with ******* who DID NOT WANT YO TRANSFER ME). When finally spoke to the Supervisor I had her do the math which equal too $40.33. She then went on to state that after the calculator deemed a lower price that she must follow policy protocol which is KEEP STEALING THE CUSTOMERS MONEY. and go off receipt.

      It would be negative stars if negative stars were allowed I recently had a bank debit card stolen and the thief was able to use my card at the gas pumps because the pumps dont require a PIN number when using a bank card.. The thief used my card 7 different times in less than 8 hours stealing over $500 from my bank account. This is absolutely unacceptable and should not be allowed. The thief was caught . But I feel this needs to be public knowledge and Safeway needs to change this.

      ********************* is back at it again. A fake police!!! I was falsely arrested by ********************* calling the **************************** numerous times. Til she food the right one. (Looking for justice) who falsely arrested me. Doing the Devil's work. She said l had a VPO. Was able to make a *************** Clerk fill out a fake VPO. *******************************. ***************** still wants her skin bleach, *** you have committed a CRIME. *********************, has committed a crime. ********************* has committed a crime. I have the papers to show. From the grievances at the store, to the fake VPO, violation of Civil Rights, also relatition to the fyrst amendment. HER store Manger made a homosexual pass at me. Her seafood Manager would sexually harass me all time. When a man files sexual harassment charges he is lying.********************* committed a crime, retaliation to the fyrst amendment. She is very unprofessional, she rigged the Union election by going around stealing the ballet boxes changing ************************* name to hers. ********************* can vouche for it. Safeway at store #****, stop training me, forcing out the store based on bias reasons. Fake termination letters made by front in ************************** (seen ***** in the Club drnk out her mind) *******************, said l was harassing his employees, *** the meat Manger, my Manger. Then *******. ******* said no. *** the meat ops, wouldn't give me any training on the red meat, the red meat was the promotion, l was told about prior. I was underpaided for over 18 months. ***** the store manager, called me in to work after l jyst had a procedure down & was on oxy codeine. I had to call maintenence so many times about the water because of the drains. The drains were so clogged, they ate through 2 pair of Timberland water proof workboots. Timberland water proof work boots are $180 they left big calcuss on my feet. I tried to show ********************* the day l went up there w/the police. So no Union embers can say, l was in there doing this/doing that. White woman over a Brother. Lol

      Their store (************************** *******, **) closed abruptly with no prior notification. I requested a refill by text and I received a notification back that it couldnt be filled and Id have to call the store so I did and they said they were closing that day permanently. Did not notify me by email or text or phone (all the places I have been notified about my Rxs).Then, I signed up for the new app. When i tried to link my prescriptions I received an error and was told I need to call their customer service. I did and they said it would be resolved- my prescriptions liked or my pharmacy account linked- within 30min to 24 hours. Not so. Did not happen so I emailed many many times. Their customer service did not know anything about my call and in multiple emails brushed aside my specific issue and kept sending the online instructions to set it up. They finally seemed to listen and said they would fix it but did not. Multiple times I asked they escalate to a supervisor. So they said a supervisor will call me at the available times they requested I give them- which I did. No call since 4 days ago when I last wrote. This issue started 2 weeks ago.

      The ************, ******** Safeway is horrible when it comes to catering. On three occasions, my sister and I have order from catering and they have cancelled hours before the event with no regards to timing and if we can find replacements for our large order. We gave a surprise 50th wedding anniversary party for our parents in December and they cancelled the order hours before the event, and then this past weekend was my nephew's 1st birthday party. Our event was at 3 pm and they called and cancelled our catering order at 11 am. For both events we had around 75 attendees and that was a main dish. The manager ****** was HORRIBLE and had no compassion or empathy and had no intention of being accommodating. They have no business doing catering. I found out that they do this alot to people. Do not use them for catering AT ALL!

      I ran out of a personal care product. After searching online, I found it available for delivery from Safeway. So I ordered it. When it arrived, it was the wrong item. Safeway had substituted another item - without my authorization. I immediately called Safeway ***************** And a recorded message stated that there was a very long wait time. So I hung up and submitted a refund request online under my order info. A pop-up message appeared saying that my refund request is under review and that I will be notified by email. This was the ONLY item in my order. And the refund amount was only for the item. Not the delivery, etc. Today, I visited the Safeway website to see how this substitution error occurred. I now see that there is in very fine, barely noticeable print the words "Manage Substitutions". It's not even a 'button'. I did not notice this when I ordered. Now I see that it automatically substitutes - even if you DON'T click on the link! This is wrong. For example, I tried ordering this on Target.. And Target immediately emailed me that they canceled the order because they were out of the item. This is the correct way to do this. I am submitting a dispute with my credit card company. And I am going to find a way to report this to the ** Attorney General. It's not about the amount of money. It's about the way that Safeway does business. I will NEVER order anything from Safeway again. I'm still on pins and needles waiting to hear of the status of my partial refund request.

      every time I shop at Safeway there is a problem with my receipt none of the coupons I clip give me the proper discount none of the prices in the ads match the prices on my receipts be aware every time you shop I spent six hours on the phone with three different representatives just to be credited for the mistakes that were found on my receipt and still no compensation for my time other than being credited Mistakes in prices over Charged by $100 Totally unacceptable happens every time I shop there

      I was paying at the self checkout register for two Items, All the sudden I am being harassed and racially profiled . The manager told one of the employees to follow me and to the register to make sure I pay for the two items I don't Understand it ,I have never stolen anything I never said nothing wrong to anybody or have i ever done anything to anybody To deserve this treatment,I am VET And I was racially profiled and harassed by the employees here In Safeway ******* ****** I am ****** off!!!!!

      I was in the Richland, ** location with my partner, who is a black man. There were two security guards chatting outside when we arrived, and the moment we walked in, they did too. It became apparent that one of them was following ** around the store. When we checked out, the other one was standing at the entrance. My partner confronted him about being followed, and got laughed at, and told that that wasn't true.It was so obvious that even I, a white person, noticed. It was no coincidence that he kept coming into our aisles and looking at my partner. I believe this was an act of racism and prejudice, and the fact that the other guard laughed at my partner tells me it was very intentional and calculated.These two security guards should not have been hired.
