Down payments for all memberships are open to cash, credit/debit, check, or bank account. However, a credit/debit card or bank account must be stored on file.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- If you are cancelling within 3 businessdays and wish for a full refund, please contact your club within 72 hours ofsigning our agreement. The notice mustsay that you do not wish to be bound by the agreement and must be delivered onor before midnight of the third business day after signing this form. The letter must be delivered to theclub. If you cancel, the club willrefund, within 10 business days from the day you gave notice ofcancellation. If you have financed personal training, you must fulfill the terms of the agreement uponcancellation; moving does not qualify for cancellation of financed personaltraining.
