      Used to go to a different Johnnys back in the day and loved it, so I had no questions starting here. As soon as I walked in the girl at the counter was incredibly rude as if I was inconveniencing her by setting up an account. I ignored it, used the establishment accordingly. It was dirty but OK until I stepped in the shower; black mold all over the corners, looked like they hadnt been cleaned in weeks. gross. Between terrible customer service and moldy floors, I figured it was no big deal to terminate my membership since I was within the 72 hour grace ************ 24 hours I tried contacting the front desk to terminate. Couldnt get ahold of anyone tried calling multiple times with no answer Emailed that night expressing my interest in leaving and wanting a full refund; but offering to pay the ONE DAILY RATE for when I went in. ****** responded, super late night, and literally threw a fit. Threatening to take me to court for defamation rather than just making things right. I pointed out to her the lack of answering phones where she then excused it with our employees were busy, (yet their grace ****** is only 72 hours, if they cant handle the front desk; they need more people) ****** then went on to say; I wouldnt be issued a full refund due to it costing them money to issue the card and costing money to train the girl who issued the card (Sign up literally takes 5 minutes) the girl at the counter was disgustingly rude, as was the girl responding to my messages, threatening to take me to court for THEIR ISSUES. ****** finally agreed to pay me back another PORTION of the membership fee, but only in person I said I wanted the full refund aside from the day Ill agree to pay. She wont give back the last $11 of the charges, unless I go see her bratty self in person. Im shocked at how disgustingly disrespectful and rude you guys are. Gross establishment, gross customer service. threatening to take me to court for what THEIR lack of cleanliness.

      Too bad zero stars isnt an option. I dont often leave online reviews, but I felt I had to. I cannot urge you enough, if I cant dissuade you from joining, at least do NOT sign up for personal training at this gym. This is the most poorly run business Ive ever encountered. I have been emailing, texting, calling, and leaving messages, not to mention begging, pleading, and slamming my head against the wall trying to get help from management and they absolutely will not respond. Its terrible. My trainer left and there were only two others, neither of whom have the availability for the sessions per week I paid for. They basically gave me one day per week at an extremely inconvenient time and thats too bad for me, thats just what I get. I can take it or have none at all and just keep paying. They did not contact me when my trainer was leaving and offer to help, they waited until I contacted them and when I finally got someone, they said if we cant find anyone to take over my 3 sessions per week, they would not charge me my final payment for sessions. We couldnt find anyone but after 4 weeks of begging and pleading, time ran out and I got charged anyways. Another $250. Its like theyre not replying on purpose to waste time and get another payment out of me. Theyre selling more training sessions than they can provide. Theyve completely derailed my fitness progress with their poor management. I will say, the two trainers they do have at vista are both fantastic, which is why theyre both booked solid and cant take any more clients. It is not their fault that the gym is run so poorly. ****** and **** are wonderful. Beyond that, I cant recommend this place to anyone. Its cheap for sure, but just pay more to go somewhere that the staff will actually provide service if you need it.

      UPDATE: I did finally get a response from the manager, *******, after posting this review. He was very kind and helped me get my issue resolved. He is an asset to the gym and working hard to provide good customer service. It was nice to have a positive experience.
