      I paid for a year subscription which is 6 boxes, however, I have not received the last 2 deliveries, which should be boxes 3 and for (5-6 months, 7-8 months). I have tried contacting the company but have not heard back. Since I have already paid I would like to receive the rest of the subscription boxes. If they are not going to ship these I want a refund for my subscription.

      My credit card was used fraudulently to purchase a recurring subscription. I contacted the company for a refund and requested that the account that was created and my stored credit card information be deleted. After REPEATED attempts to contact the company (and refusal by them to communicate via telephone as they will only communicate via email) they confirmed my refund but they have still not completed my request to remove my stored credit card information. I reported my credit card information stolen to Chase and received a new credit card. Even after this, my credit card is still showing as being stored by Lovevery and tied to a recurring subscription. I have no access to the account that was created and cannot get any proper communication outside of emails every few weeks. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter and filing a formal complaint against Lovevery. This company has zero customer service and concerns me that there is no phone number to call seems. Very suspicious and odd for a company selling childrens products to not communicate outside of emails.

      I decided to try Lovevery given all the hype it recieves through some of my favorite ******* channels. As a first time mom I wanted to see everything that was out there that my baby could experience. I will be 100% honest and say that Lovevery was a big mistake and my biggest regret. I wish I had never even created an account. I prepaid for 5 kits, and I purposely chose the prepay option because i dont like surprise charges monthly. I was assured by thier own customer service representative a few months ago that I was on the last box included for my prepay and that I would not be charged, since I had already paid, fine. Well surprise surprise here we are again, 12/12/2022 and I get another email for an order that I did NOT place. I had honestly forgot about it completely since it had been months since we have received a *********, after seeing the email, i logged into my account only to find that they infact charged my card for ****** for an order that, once again, i did NOT place, i did not want, i still dont want. Great time for this to happen right around the holidays too when money is tight. I reached out to customer service via the online form and have not heard a word regarding my issue. I guess they are only interested in taking money, not in taking care of customers. BEWARE of this company and STAY AWAY!!! They take your money and do not care!!!

      Ordered a play gym and subscription box on 11/18/22. Items still had not shipped by 12/5/22. Reached out to their email ******************************* with my order number and contact info asking how long does it take to process order. Its 12/12/22. Still no reply and my order is still unfulfilled. Very disappointed!

      Ordered complete year playkit for grandson November, 2021. Prepaid in full. Charged $70 again in August, 2021.Prepaid in full 2nd year November, 2022 in amount of $462 and was charged again late November $128 and received double kits. Emailed and chat numerous times with no response. Want refunds and no more charging.

      I used to receive lovevery kits in the mail and cancelled because theyre expensive and my child doesnt play with the toys. I went onto the website last night to make sure it was inactive. This morning I looked at my email and had an order confirmation for a $130 order that I didnt place. This isnt the first time Ive heard of this happening. Its incredibly unfair to use my credit card on file to reactivate the subscription that I cancelled without my knowledge. Truly disgusted with this company.

      We initially purchased a one time kit for our kid just to find out they are putting you on a subscription without your knowledge or approval.They save your credit card on file with no authorization and keep charging your card.Today we had almost 180$ charge from them after insuring me via email that they will never try and attempt to use my card again and that my subscription is cancelled.I do see they have several similar complains on BBB and I hope you guys are going to help with it.Please find attached supporting screenshot.

      I received an email from lovevery confirming a new order. I was confused because I never placed an order or authorized this order. Last order I placed was a prepaid 3 month plan that had ended. I went to their site to view the order but after trying to login using my email, it stated no account existed. I had to create a new account and when I went to cancel there was no option under account setting. Lovevery has no contact information other than an online form to fill out. This is a horrible experience considering the prepaid 3 month plan did not mention this was a subscription in perpetuity. I would like to cancel my order/get refunded and cancel this subscription that I didnt even knew existed.

      We apologize for any confusion around the terms and conditions of the Play Kits subscription. Our Customer Experience team was able to reach out to ********** and assisted with a no-charge return of her order. We had anticipated being able to refund her at the same time that we processed her return; however, we are still waiting for the dispute ********** preemptively filed with her bank to clear, so that we are able to process the refund timely. We will continue to monitor her case and assist however we possibly can.

      My mother in law sent me a $250.00 gift card to Lovevery. When I attempted to place the order, I selected a three box subscription, not an ongoing subscription, which is completely covered by the gift card. Despite this, I am unable to place an order without entering my credit card information. I emailed Lovevery regarding this, as there is no customer service phone number. A customer service rep responded and explained that the website requires a credit card due to the recurring nature of the subscription. I responded that this is not acceptable, I am not willing to enter my credit card info as I am not ordering a recurring subscription. Lovevery will either place a one time order using the gift card without my credit card or they will be refunding my mother in law for the cost of the gift card. This is an extremely poor business practice and we are very dissatisfied with this company. I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau because they are not responsive to customer service complaints.
