      Subscribed to service , I never received the second shipment. Contacted fed ex who delivered to incorrect address and was told only ********* could contact them to resolve. Multiple emails have been sent to Loveevery with no response and unable to reach by phone

      Contrary to the email below, subscription and order was not cancelled. I also have not reimbursed my charges. There is no phone number to contact Lovevery. I have sent several messages through their online account and only received a generic response.       I cancelled my subscription with Lovevery, yet they have continued to bill me and are send another package. I do not want the package and want to be reimbursed for the $131.40 that I was charged on 6/22/2023. I have sent a notice to Lovevery and only received an auto-generated response. There does not seem to be a phone number to get in touch with a Lovevery **************** representative.

      Order ******* I placed an order -I was redirected fromt he baby registry which had recipients correct address Once the order was placed I received a confirmation that it was being delivered to the billing address from my credit card - this is wrong and its a bulky item Lovevery has no phone number and when I emailed,all i got was auto reply How am i getting this item to the recipient?I was the item re routed to the correct address or I want a refund - I will not wait 3 days for a refund because I need the $ to purchase the item

      This company charged my credit card without my permission for a purchase I never made. *** disputed this charge with my credit card company. Lovevery customer service says they will not refund me.

      March 8 I received a playkit from Lovevery for my son. We ordered this item a few days prior and love it. However, today I received TWO more shipping notices and TWO more charges on my credit card, neither of which were authorized. The duplicate charges were for an item I didnt order. The company operates as a subscription service but I declined that option and choose to pick the dates/items myself. I certainly didnt choose to have something(s) shipped out the same week as the item we purchased. The burden is now on me, ** told, to print return labels and ship the two unordered playkits via *** to receive the money back on my card. This is not an isolated event and seems to be the practice of this company

      In the month of February 2023, I ordered a single kit (toy kit) for my grandson.Paid for it online, using my credit card (one time use).Lovevery kept /saved my credit card info without my authorization. I do not let anyone have my credit card on file. I use it when needed but that is it.They sent an email about a 2nd kit and that email has "place order" link in it.I have not even read that email and they already sent another email saying "Thank you for your order" without my order request.Today they went ahead and charged my credit card $ 135. This is not an authorized charge. I did not order the 2nd kit yet. I wanted to make sure the first one is good and meets the expectation and then order the next one. Since the first kit has not yet reached, I have not even thought about the 2nd kit ordering.I need to get the refund of the 2nd charge and ask them to remove my credit card information from their file.

      I subscribed to Lovevery playkits for my 1 year old son. Their website said they will send out playkits every 3 months. However to my surprise, it hasnt been a month from the first playkit and I got an email that another box is coming and Ive been charged! Now per experience they ship very fast. I have been reaching out to their customer service several times but I only get an automated response everytime. Returning a huge box of playkit is a great deal of effort on our part and thats what I am trying to avoid here. I am very frustrated.

It can happen on occasion that the first two Play Kits in a subscription ship more closely together, since shipment is based off of the child's birthdate. This shipment schedule is displayed at checkout and in the customer's portal. We are always happy to assist with adjusting shipping schedules as well.       I purchased a one time kit from lovevery and wanted to give it as a gift the following weekend. I specified my address in the assumption that a week was plenty of time to receive the gift. After hearing nothing for 3 days I reached out to change the shipping address and got no reply. The day before we were to leave for our trip, I reached out again asking to cancel the order because it clearly wasn't coming and I no longer was going to be able to gift the item on our trip. Again, I got no reply. 9 days after placing the order I reached out to Lovevery again asking if it was even going to ship, and got no reply a 3rd time. Suddenly today it shows up on my step, and I no longer want or need the thing because it came way too late! I want to return the item and get my money back. This company has absolutely zero customer service! Such poor business ethic.

      Hello, I purchased a gift for a friends baby shower through their registry website for a 1 time gift from Lovevery. We made sure to check only a 1 time gift and this was purchased in August 2022. It is now January 2023 and I just received another charge for $87.10 from them that I did authorize. I went back in my statements and realized they also charged me on November 15th 2022 for $87.10 without my authorization. I did not authorize either of these charges and did not know I was signing up for a subscription. This company is engaging in dishonest business practices. It is unethical for them to save my credit card information and charge me months later for something I did not agree to. I would like to be issued a full refund for the two unauthorized charges ($174.20). Thank you.
