This "company" sent ** an invoice in 2021 (attached) asking us for $209.00 for the local high school. Since we do not have any business with the school, we assumed it was some kind of mistake. We were surprised when we received a follow up invoice. We called and were told that they did T-shirts for the school and included our restaurant logo. We explained to them that the school, nor anyone else, had authorization from ** to use our logo and business name. The representative said that they will then remove ** from the billing. It turns out that was a lie! They continued to send ** invoices and threats of collections, which is illegal since we have no contract with them. We sent them the attached email and still no response, just invoices and threats of collections (attached). As stated by most of the complaints, they are nothing short of scam preying on small businesses in an attempt to extort money, using the local schools as an excuse. If they do not stop these threats, we will report them to both the ** as well as their secretary of state for illegal debt collection practices.

***, we apologize for any frustration you may have experienced. Our records indicate that you reached out to us about your concerns after ***** High Schools winter 2021 **************** had already printed and shipped on 10/5/21. You spoke with one of our customer service representatives on 11/12/21 and they offered you 50% off your invoice but you declined. We emailed you four more times over the next 10 months and since we did not hear from you, we sent you to our outside collections agency on 9/8/22.

On 9/21/22 you spoke with one of our customer service agents and asked for proof that we printed your advertisement in order to pay. We emailed you a copy of the to-print file used on the back of their t-shirts and provided the school contacts information as well for further confirmation. You did not reach back out to our customer service department, so your account stayed in outside collections.

See attached file and school contact info below.

    Name: ***********************************

We have pulled your account from collections and your credit was not affected since we wrote off your invoice. Your business has also been removed from our call list. If you have any further questions or concerns, you can contact us directly at ************** Opt. 1 Ext. **** or *****************************************************************.

I am rejecting this response because: As indicated in your response, we contacted you after we received an invoice from you for a printing that we did not authorize. We rejected the 50% off offer, again, because we did not authorize the original printing order to begin with. We ignored your emails because we did not have any business deal with your company. You obviously dealt with someone at the Highschool and expect ** to pay for it. It will not happen, and if I get another collections letter, I will be reporting you the Attorney General's Office.

    Sincerely,

    *******************

APril 11, 2023, All-American Publishing phoned my business phone and offered an advertising opportunity: to sponsor ************************** sports t-shirts. They said they would send specs over email and provide an opportunity to review a proof beforehand. I never received confirmation, never supplied agreement in writing, never received a request for a logo file or a proof, but did receive invoice 0997645-IN for $349.00.Wary of the possibilities of phishing/scam, I took a look at other complaints.I refuse to pay the bill and would like to ensure I am not going to receive additional bills, nor be held liable for the $349 or anything else related to this organization. Can you aid?

According this "All American Publishing" Company they claim that I had a signed contract with them agreeing to put my business logo on shirts to advertise with a local school. I NEVER signed a contract stating that I would pay $550.00 for my business logo on a shirt, I received a T-shirt randomly in the mail and it didn't have my logo on it so I presumed since I didn't send $550.00 for that then my logo was not on the shirt. The company (I spoke to ********************) she claimed that the school got 100 shirts and my logo was on them, I have no proof of the shirts let alone my logo being on any of them. This is a complete SCAM this company gets you on the phone and they ask you questions to make "agree" to your business logo going on their shirts then they send you monthly statements demanding the $550.00 or they will send you to collections. I have talked to three other businesses and the same thing has happened to them. I want them to stop all contact with me, void their so called invoice. I am not paying $550.00 for a single T-shirt that doesn't even have my logo on it. ***** claimed it was a shipping error...we got the shirt months ago and they can have it back if they want. I want this company to stop all contact with me and my business via phone, email, and regular mail.

****, we apologize for any confusion that you may have experienced. We hope to provide some clarity to this situation and come to a resolution.

Please review ************** Schools signed t-shirt contract with All-American Publishing.

We also require all of our customers to provide us with a 4 digit pin number of their choice in order to authorize their purchase and your authorization pin number is your graduation year, ****. This authorization number is also provided on your invoice, under the Customer PO #.

Due to an amazing amount of community support, we created two versions of the shirts in order to display all of the advertisers, 100 shirts of each version. We sincerely apologize for sending you the wrong version but the school received both versions. If you would like to reach out to the authorizing school contact, their contact information is included in the provided contract.

It's our number one priority to provide the best customer service possible, so we are going to provide your advertisement free of charge and you can disregard your prior invoice. We have removed your business from our call list and if you have any further questions or concerns, you can call us directly at: ************** Opt. 1 Ext. 2150.

I was contacted by All American Publishing by phone to sponsor the local high school's volleyball team. Since this was a third party collecting a sponsorship, I decided to confirm their connection with the local high school. When I called the local high school, they stated that they are not affiliated with this business. This leads me to believe that All American Publishing is running a scam.

I was contacted by this buisness about advertising my company logo on my local schools sports team while on the phone with them all I asked for was an email from their company so I could do my own research into their companys legitimacy. I never agreed to any kind of advertising with them . I have since gotten repeated bills from this company in the amount of ****** dollars I have repeatedly sent back the bills with hand written notes telling them I never ordered anything from them ( That is what it says to do on the ********** they ( All American publishing ) have the audacity to send the fake bill to a collections agency. I certainly won't be bullyed in to paying somthing I didn't ask for. I dont even know how this is ****** but will certainly be asking my states and their states attorney generals office.

I received a phone call from ******************* with All American Publishing asking me if I would like them to advertise my company CellTech Wireless Internet on the back of school baseball jerseys. I explained that I may be interested in doing so if they send me an email including the cost and what the advertising consists of. I then received an email from ******************* including directions on how to pay an invoice on August 8th, 2022. The email was written in a tone that implied I had already agreed to pay for the advertising and that the baseball jerseys advertising my business had already been printed last spring season. I never agreed to pay for advertising, so I spoke to **** by phone and told her that I did not agree to pay for any advertising, but that I simply requested an email providing further information. She then claimed that I "verbally agreed" to pay for the advertising by phone and that I must pay AAP $558. I told her she is lying and to refrain from calling or emailing me ever again.Shortly thereafter, I began receiving emails from a debt collection company called ***************************** claiming that I need to pay a debt to AAP. I then called the debt collector and told them AAP is trying to scam me out of money and I owe them nothing. The agent from the debt agency told me I would need to contact the publishing company to resolve the issue. All American Publishing has no documentation via email or a legally binding contract that I ever agreed to pay for them to advertise my business CellTech Wireless Internet because no such documentation exists, and I never agreed to pay for any advertising. They are trying to defraud me and have employed ***************************** to pressure me into paying up. ARM apparently requires no proof that their clients are actually owed a debt and are willing to take their word for it. I have found multiple other people experiencing the same issue with both AAP and ARM.

All American publishing contacted my company, D&H Heating and Cooling in March of 2022 about advertising on their tshirts. We had done it the previous 2 years but had decided it was not a good investment. After phone communications and telling them I would think about it, I decided against it. I did not accept any of their calls and deleted their emails. Then they started sending invoices. They never received approval from me to do any of this. I am the only one at this company that has that authority. Of course no one at their customer service will answer the phone or return voice mails. They turned it into a collection agency. There was no agreement made on my or my companies behalf. All they say is if you get a pin, you are committed. A real scam of a company
