5 starsMy Salesperson was **** *******. He was amazing:*he knew the process and products *he kept in touch with me throughout the roofing project and let me know what steps were being take. **** informed me when the team was going to be working and who the project manager was, etc..*he was always professional and his interaction with my insurance company was excellent along with closing out the cost of the project with **** was totally satisfied with the workmanship from the team and the project manager as well.I would work with **** and his company again in a heartbeat ??Review fromShannon M

5 starsWe live in the ******* area and have a house on the south hill next to the **************. ********* ***** with Bartlett Roofing stopped by several times to speak with us about the fact that there was what looked like wind storm damage on our roof and that he had been helping a few of the neighbors down the street. ********* mentioned that he helped these neighbors get their roofs covered through their homeowners insurance. We were not interested at Alexanders first attempt stopping by because we had never heard of insurance paying for a roof before but after talking to my neighbor who had Bartlett help her with her roof last year we decided to give ********* a call and have him look at our roof. He discovered some wind damage, helped call our insurance with us and was there during the time the insurance adjuster guy came out to confirm the damages. ********* negotiated with our insurance company and was able to get them to fully cover the cost of replacement minus our insurance deductible. We dont usually leave reviews but we greatly appreciate Alexanders help and his follow up as well as Bartlett Roofing for helping us because we couldnt have navigated it all by ourselves. 5 starsI got several quotes for my roof. Bartlett/******* was referred by a neighbor. Their price was the best, but they also took time to explain everything and not pressure us like the other roofers The Bartlett representative was very professional, knowledgible and communicated throughout the ************ of all the roof was installed in two days and looks great. They offered us a 25 year warranty on their work. I have recommended another neighbor and they had a good experience too.- ****,**********, **Review fromRichard S

1 starI was approached while I was outside in my yard one of their so-called "sales representatives", **** ********, driving a white Tesla. I'm assuming he pulled over because he saw me outside, by myself, and an easy target (didn't have to knock on my door that has a clear "no soliciting sign"). He said he was in the neighborhood because of a recent hail storm we had, said he had talked to a few of my neighbors about roof damage they sustained and wanted to see if we had any damage from the storm. I told him we didn't, that our roof was just fine and thanked him as I was busy working on something. He persisted and asked me, "what type of roofing materials, 30 yr?" I said no, "50 yr. and we have a warranty, we're good, thank you". He then told me even with that kind of material I could have sustained damage, and the roof is now probably only good for 5 yrs. I told him thanks, but we were good again. He then told me he would leave me his card and placed it on my porch bench. As he left he had a smirk on his face and said "Have a nice day". I don't appreciate these kind of tactics and I think this is a very poor business practice. If the customer needs a new roof, they will search out and find a roofing company that works for them. Any company that hires door-to-door soliciting is struggling and trying any tactics to gain customers, definitely don't recommend. Zero stars if I could leave it, but had to pick at least one.Review fromRobert D

I was approached in my driveway by a guy saying something along the lines of I see you have an old roof would you like to have it replaced? You won't have to pay anything out of pocket, your insurance will cover it. I asked how does that work? The guy then told me we will do an inspection, we will find damage and then submit a claim to the insurance company for repairs, we will then inform the insurance company that the shingles are no longer made and and the whole roof will need to be replaced. This screams of a scam to me, especially when the guy said " we will find damage". Approximately 2 months prior I had 4 different reputable roofing contractors look at my roof for replacement, and NONE of them talked about having the insurance company pay for it. NONE of them found damage that warranted immediate replacement of the roof, and several said that the life of the roof is 3-5 years yet. If having the insurance company pay for replacement was ethical, reputable, and not a scam wouldn't all the roofing contractors do it this way? To be clear Bartlett Roofing has not done any work to my home. I have also signed a contract with a reputable company to replace my roof, with one of the contractors that said it should last another 3 years, because I prefer to replace the roof before I have problems. I wish I could leave 0 stars
