      Bartlett is the best! The crew was on time and very tidy with their cleanup, the replacement only took one day! The sales rep and quality control person was very kind and were able to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Would definitely recommend Bartlett to anyone who is looking for a new roof!

      Was dealing with them for 2 months trying to get my roof replacement done. Jumped through all the hoops, signed all the forms approving the estimate and what not. Was told they were 5 weeks out. A week later I asked if we could set an exact date and was told: Hey sorry, been super busy with that hail storm that hit last week. This company informed me that with how busy they are with all the damage in ******* they won't send a crew down unless I have 10 jobs in Genesee. I have another company that is in ****** that I can get you a bid and they can get on it much sooner if you wanted to do the cash route and collect from insurance when it comes in?Extremely unprofessional company I am beyond angry!

      I worked at Bartlett they didnt pay me or install jobs on time. I worked there from January until May and didnt have all but one job installed at the very end and still didnt get paid on that! As a sales rep they have you tell your homeowner that theyre roof will be installed in 4 to 8 weeks, possibly *********************************************************** May and I quit only one job had been installed! They are a very shady company. Upon talking to my recruiter I found out that there were several other reps this was happening to. I had to do all my own canvassing as well so funds just werent there to drive neighborhoods looking for homes needing roofs. By the time I quit it had cost me more to work at Bartlett roofing than what I had made! The manager said I would at least be paid on the jobs that were just sitting there waiting to be installed which was 5 of them out of more than triple that, plus the one that had been installed and was finished. He wont return my calls which at this point I dont want to talk to him now and the company hasnt paid me. Then their sweet talking # rep made arrangements with my to finish up my job and pay me half in exchange of self generated leads I got which I trusted and sent and agin have received nothing. The company is shady and so are the people that work there

      We had a great experience from first contact to completed job. The sales representative respectful, courteous and easy to communicate with and helpful working with our insurance. The scheduled work was prompt and compleat. The cleanup was thorough and efficient. The quotes and invoices balanced. The roof looks great and of good quality. We were concernd about the damage on our roof and about the big job it was going to be. Bartlett Roofing made a big job easy at a price we felt was fair. Thank you Bartlett Roofing on a job well done. We are very comfortable referring Bartlett Roofing to family and friends.
