I had an outstanding experience working with ******* ***** at Lease End. He was an absolute pleasure to work withknowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. ******* helped me secure the best possible finance rate to buy out my lease, making what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and straightforward. So this is an update to my previous review of my experience with Lease End. My first problem was with **** who was my "financial specialist". My credit was not great at the time so I co-signed with my wife who has better credit. What I thought was co-signing, was actually co-owning which means my wife now technically owns two cars through lease end, hers and co-own with my car, NOT WHAT WE WANTED. **** (who was obviously trying to rush us through the sale because I could here the desperation in his voice) made us think we were just co-signing, not co-owning, two entirely different things. So now MY car, which i've always paid on my own, and was leasing on my own, is now co-owned by my wife. We didn't want that situation! Thank you **** for misleading us. My second problem was that they sent me somebody else's plates and registration. Then they had the nerve to ask me to print a label, (no printer) pack it up and to return it to a *** store. AND NOW, they send my plates and registration and left my name off the registration application even though my name is on the title application and my signature is on the registration application. They are liars and incompetent. They've wasted our time and caused us stress. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.Lease End, LLC

First, we want to clarify that in auto finance, adding a co-buyer does mean both individuals become co-owners of the vehicle. We understand how important this distinction is, and we are reviewing how clearly that was communicated during your transaction. Our goal is to be fully transparent, and if our team didnt explain the implications clearly enough, we sincerely apologize.
Regarding the registration and plate issues you experienced, we completely understand how receiving someone elses documents and being asked to return them without the proper support was both inconvenient and frustrating. That should have been handled with more care on our end, and well use your feedback to ensure we improve this part of the process.
We never want a customer to feel misled or stressedour team is working to better communicate expectations, especially when multiple parties are involved in a transaction.

With out warning I got over 6 hard pulls on my credit report and then everything died .i have excellent credit but it knocked it down quite a bit I will never deal with this company againLease End, LLC

Absolutely the easiest and fastest car buying experience ever! ****** was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in getting us a lease buyout loan that we could afford. Everything was completed online with phone assistance/guidance. If you have a leased vehicle that you want to buy, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lease End. 1 starThe staffs are lier. I asked them and they told me if they fill out an application they will check the rate first, and there wont be any hard inquiry on my credit but then it turns out to be a lie. After I told them about this, nobody cared. The name of the guy was ***** I talked to and assured me there wont be any hard inquiry but it was a lie. I dont trust them since they lied to me since day 1. The kept calling before I fill out an application and told me lies to convince me to apply. Later I couldt find the guy I was talking to before.I guess this was a scam!!!I wont recommend lease end at all.
