5 starsI went through Lease End to buy out my vehicle. The experts helped me through every step of the process, which happened to unfortunately include pushback from the auto dealership. The issue was that the dealership would not accept the check made out to them from Lease End's sister company, *************, because they didn't find ***** to be a reputable lender. In communicating with the partner company's representative, ****, the suggestion was made to wire the funds for the payoff. She also recommended contacting the sales manager at the dealership. Her suggested approach worked and the transfer of vehicle ownership was then able to be completed. I'm really grateful for the help I received from the Lease End and ************* teams. I would recommend Lease End and ************* to anyone who wishes to buy out their leased vehicle! And, if you run into problems with the dealership (because at the end of the day, they are not making any money and WILL make it difficult for you however they can), turn to the folks at Lease End and Tater and they'll be able to navigate you through the process.Review fromJake V

1 starThey ran my credit multiple times and told me it was going to be for a verification. I told him to specifically not run my credit due to going through the process of purchasing a house. This company cant be trusted, I used to be in car sales and you do not treat your customers this way just dont go through them and get it done by the professionals.Review fromJR W

Have been sending me marketing materials for months. Went to their site to see what they offer/what my options are. They did a hard hit on my credit report (never stated that would be happening) and then responded that their program is not up and running and would get back to me in a month. I feel totally duped and mostly irritated by the hard hit to my credit that was not communicated AT ALL.Lease End, LLC

Looking through our communications with you, we can see that one of our representatives made a mistake, misreading a question you asked about our lease buyout options and thinking you were interested in a refinance rather than a lease buyout loan. We do, in fact, provide lease buyout loans and could still work with you to help you buy out your vehicle, if you are open to that! Please reach out if you'd like to look into your options.
Regarding the credit pull, when you entered your information in our online application, you would have consented to a credit pull upon application submission. In accordance with consumer laws, we only submit credit applications when our customers have acknowledged the terms and conditions, and authorized us to do so. 5 starsSuch quick, concise and professional service. I absolutely dreaded having to return to the dealership to haggle with those vultures. I discovered LeaseEnd, spoke with a representative named *******, and he got the ball rolling. He did all the heavy lifting of communicating with the leasing company and the bank. Absolutely the worst company to work with! Run your credit multiple times claim you are approved and have you get everything in order only to take back the approval because of their own s**** up and honestly one that shouldnt matter(a mere ***** over what is normally wanted for mileage). For the best anyways since they wanted to charge double what I was paying off and double the interest charge! Absolute joke of a copy would never ever recommend! Stay away!Lease End, LLC
