  Where is the 0 star option? I have never been so disgusted with a business in my life. After spending nearly $8000 on a complete new system that their techs told me i need two months ago. Here we are with no working AC after more than 12 visits from their technicians coming out to my house multiple times a week every week spending countless hours including putting tow different brand new units in. They do not even know what the issue is now but they know there is one. And ******* is one of the rudest employees we've ever dealt with, yelling at my wife for calling her about issues were having with their products. ****** literally gave us her number and called us about technicians coming out to our house.I have multiple recordings of the techs and a manager saying they don't know what's wrong with my unit. All we want is AC for the summer. We are going elsewhere and never recommending this company to ********* make things even worse they haven't even offered solutions to their problems. I have constantly had to ask them how they plan on making things right. They haven't even been able to pass the city inspection yet. Absolutely awful.

  May 27, 2025 I attempted to turn on our air-conditioning and it wouldn't start. The company above said they had a $79 service fee for coming out. Right Now Technician arrived, tested the air-conditioning and said everything was good, checked thermostat and said one s**** was loose and tightened the screw, but nothing happened. Went down in the crawl space to look at the furnace. While the Technician was pulling and wiggling wires, the air-conditioning started. Told the problem was whoever had installed our new furnace had wired it backwards. I was told since he was already here and had his tools, he could do a complete rewire, but it would cost an additional $286 in addition to the $79. I called the company that had installed the furnace and told them what the technician had found regarding the wiring. They asked to speak with the technician, but he refused to talk with them, said he didn't want to get involved. I requested the company who installed the furnace to send someone out and they sent their service manager. When I told the technician they were sending a man out, he concluded his work and began puting the door back on. He came upstairs and began filling out an invoice, writing several things on the invoice. I asked some specific questions including how come the air-conditioning had worked flawlessly until now if it was wired incorrectly and I got no answer. I asked him to stay as the service manager was just five minutes away and was told he had several other calls he had to get to and wouldn't wait. I had watched him take several pictures with his tablet and asked if he would send me copies, he said he would, didn't. Service manager arrived before Right Now's technician could leave and asked several questions, that were not answered.When the technician said he changed the red wire for a blue wire, the service manager said that wouldn't make any difference and the technician agreed. The service manager said we were being taken advantage of.

  I had a new heat pump installed today 5/5/25 the technicians were professional helpful smiled answered my inquiries. explained everything so i would understand it all. I wish i had extra money to tip them great work no issues ever since 2012 have had great service and if an issue was resolved quickly... Happy Customer ********

  I recently contacted Right Now heating and Air Conditioning for a $38.00 furnace, air conditioner and water heater tune up. I had invested $10,000 previously and was satisfied with their service back in 2014. I wanted this done before upgrading again. The technician arrived on time and was professional. The covers were removed from the furnace and A/C unit and the condensers were checked as part of the inspection. I was notified that the electrolytic condensers should be replace and that he had the parts and I approved the repairs. The installation took approximately 10 minutes since the condensers have spade blade connectors and were exposed with the removal of the covers. I paid the bill that went from $38.00 plus parts to a total of $794.00. After the price shock subsided, I searched on Grainger using the part numbers on the old condenser. It was listed at $18.06. Several other sites had the same condensers at an average of $15.00. The invoice listed the furnace condenser at $459.00 and the single stage A/C condenser at $297.00. plus, the $38.00 inspection fee. I could not get an explanation of the break down from anyone at Right Now. A similar scenario would be if you hired a lawn mower service to tune up your lawn mower for $10.00 and then told by the repairman that you should replace your sparkplug. When finished you are charged with an $800.00 bill. I cannot wrap my head around this no matter how I try. I once respected Right Now and even referred co-workers to them. I can no longer recommend them as an honest and reputable business. Any, especially seniors who are looking for an HVAC contractor should avoid this company and look elsewhere.

  Way over priced. I had to pay $850 to run a snake down the main line. No photo scope and no grantees.... He said normally they charge $950 but because I complained I got $100 off. The clog happened Sunday nigh but I waited till Monday for service because I couldn't afford the emergency call... Seem like a rip off... I will not be a repeat customer nor will I recommend. Wish I would have read the reviews first.

  !! WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would do negative stars if allowed, we had a full HVAC system replacement in August of 2022, they took 3 days to get it running because they did not know how to update the software on the system to make the Air Conditioning work. They sold us the VIP plan then refused to come out to service our system, we had to argue with service managers for weeks each time before they came out. On January 21, 2025 we noticed a leak in our garage and called a plumber and different ************ who both confirmed that Right Now did not glue any of the new PVC pipes together which allowed for water/condensation to build up and leak out, additionally, they discovered an entire pipe not even connected and draining onto the insulation. When contacted they took over 36 hours to respond, and another day to send a technician. When the technician arrived he lied about his involvement with past servicing and when challenged he became aggressive and argumentative and we had to throw him off the property to which he cursed us out and called names back shouting and being unprofessional and disruptive to the neighbors. The service department was contacted immediately but tried to ignore the issue, eventually a service manager called and said based of a SINGLE photo taken by the techs tablet at ground level (damage was in garage ceiling) they would not assume liability and refused to address the matter further. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

  Plumber came to the house showed him the problem in the crawl space. He never gave me a quote on price. When to his truck for a 14 inch poly for the hot water line . Fixed it in 10 minutes gave me a price for 345$. No receipt. Called the office for the receipt and complained about the price. She said I got a deal, they gave me a veterans discount. Im not a vet. I called again and she insisted I got a great deal. I should have paid 700$. Its been 13 days and no receipt.i asked 3 times to talk to a manger. Of course they never called me back. They have no right being in business. Scammers. By the way Im pushing 85years old

  i had a backup in my plumbing which was causing drain larva (worms)to come up through the drains, i called & they sent a plumber out with a camera to verify broken pipe in back yard. he then quoted me 14k to dig up & replace pipe from house to fence. he then called to verify financing, came back saying i was preapproved for up to 40k. he then sold me on a bathroom remodel for 19k along with a new kitchen sink a & around dishwasher for 5k. it just so happened to come up to a total of 38k. crazy how the amount was so close to what i was approved for. they then started on the project the next day (in September) the guys ripped out my bathroom shower surround/tub. when they completed the job it was horrendous, management came out & agreed that it was not ok, they then sent the SAME 2 GUYS back out to tear it all out & re-do it. this time it was worse than the 1st time, it was embarrassing that i had to face these guys again. i have had to take time off work to be home for this project(2months). my back yard was only dug up about 10 feet & was not finished until i called. they finally sent another crew out to dig up the remaining pipe in the back yard per the estimate, they then dug up & left huge rocks all over my back yard, when i mentioned this the lead mentioned they don't do landscaping. (i expected it to look like it did when they started which had no rocks) they eventually came back & took care of the rock mess. we are now in November and they had to hire out a remodel company to come fix the bathroom mess they created, i have requested some type of discount on the complete job due to taking all this time off work & the complete inconvenience this has caused. this company has absolutely no customer ***************************** do not care about the customers. called the building department to see why my remodel & the rest of the back yard was not inspected & they informed me the permits were never pulled, the company will not give me any explantion. terrible experience

  All necessary permits at your home were pulled, and all inspections have passed.

  So far i am am mostly satisfied with their work. However, some of the crew thought they were entitled to use my tools without my permission. They took the tools home with them. I had to call to report the tools missing. After contacting theiroffice incident was somewhat resolved. I am still missing a cordless drill, case, charger, battery, and misc. items in the case. I wouldn't trust these guys at all. Don't leave any thing out...they will take it.

  do not do business with this company, they kept my deposit when i cancelled the contract before any work had ever been done, and then the customer ********************** team is trained to screen calls and nobody ever calls back
