      The price we quote is definitely not the price you pay should be how they say it... It's unprofessional to improperly do the work, then make your customer resign the papers because you call a subcontractor without then being aware one was even needed. Now after a week the work is still fully unfinished what was done only works because the technician had to redo the shoty work for installment guess didn't do right the day before

      Dont waste your time or money with this company. They won't stand behind their products and if they break during warranty. They will want you to pay to come look at it and for the labor they need to fix it. When you ask to talk to a supervisor they will refuse or say there isnt one. Find a better company please dont make the mistake i did by having them replace my furnance and air conditioner.

      ******************** - Your furnace was installed on 12/9/2017 and came with a 7 years parts warranty, a 1-year labor warranty, and a 10 year heat exchanger guarantee. This is the warranty you chose when your furnace was installed with full knowledge that after a year you would be responsible for all labor costs. We are truly baffled by your response to being reminded that you are financially responsible to pay for labor on your 5 year old furnace. We wish you the best with whichever company you choose to work with moving forward.

      We Had to have our furnace replaced quickly. Getting a quote for a new furnace and getting a new furnace installed was very quick. Which I appreciated, I have very young children. But that is where the good ended. We decided to purchase the more expensive unit In order to get the gas company rebate. the unit was installed we were told an inspector will be sent to our home within 5 days. Whoever set up the gas inspector appointment messed up and scheduled it over 2 weeks. 5 Weeks after install We had still not seen our rebate. I called the gas company they stated that they never received paperwork from right now to qualify for the Rebate and the offer lapsed. I called right now and explained my concern. I was told that unit did not qualify due to certain equipment that was not installed. I would have never purchased the larger unit had I known this. So after hours of run around right now finally stated it being their technicians mistake. I was told I would be cut a check for that rebate directly from right now for this. I was told it was being cut as we spoke and I would receive it within no more than 5 Calendar days. Now its day 8 And received nothing. I call right now again stating I Hadn't received anything and the *********** had no record of Anything coming from them to me. I spoke with a lady said there was no record of me being issued a check. She then said she would have somebody from finance reach out To me in a Few. Over 4 hours later no call. I then called back Spoke with another person, stated there was no record of a request for callback. But that she would put me as an urgent need for communication and I would get a call shortly. It has now been almost 3 hours since that call. And nothing. once they got the financing check to pay for the installation I have been lied to and gaslighted. it's only a few hundreds of dollars of a rebate. But the sole principle that I was upsold on a unit for the rebate and I have been screwed over constantly by this company

Due to our failure to live up to our obligations and our absolute neglect of our responsibilities, we will not just be sending you the $350 we initially promised, we will double that amount as an apology and a gesture of good faith. A check for $700 will be mailed to the address on file immediately. Again, we cannot apologize enough for the frustration we caused.       RightNow HVAC came to my home on November 4th to inspect my heating system on their VIP program. First of all they charged my debit card 2 1/2 weeks before any services were done before my scheduled appointment. When they inspected the igniter on my gas furnace the tech said the ohms reading was 70 and she's were (******). When an igniter is getting due to be changed the ohms reading will exceed specs, not below specs. They also said my vent system was very dirty and it would cost $7-8 hundred to clean which was at least double wht other businesses charge. I have since inspected the vents myself and found pretty much no problem. I didn't say anything to the tech until I could do some research of my own.After researching I came to the conclusion that they were trying to sell me work that was not needed. I then called them and asked to speak to the manager at least 8 times and was told he was not available and they would leave a message for him and he'd get back to me. Well, 2 days later I had no reply so kept calling and got the sme run around. Because I had told several receptionist what my complaint was they knew what I wanted (a full refund).Finally I just started calling every 10 minutes and never did get a manager. A receptionist finally told me that they would issue a full refund. Had I not been so persistent I'm sure I would not get any results. I believe that their lack of response was because they knew they had tried to extort me for unneeded repairs. They get-1 star from me.

      No worry's if they show up on time. Job was completed in a timely manner. The Technicians were ******************** and ***. Very professional. No mess was left. They seem to always to an outstanding job. ******** was a driving factor in the purchase of the system. I have now dealt with him two times and both times were very professional.thanks again

      Terrible customer **********************. They did a tune up on our AC unit. I called to complain about the job they had done and wanted them to come back and do it again. I had to call several times before someone called me back. They said they would not come do the tune up again. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Situation like this is why we occasionally choose to communicate with a client via email. Our email thread is below (address information has been redacted to protect clients privacy). We ask anyone reading this response to please note that Right Now NEVER refused to return to the site. **************** stated he sold the home, so we offered full refund, and to reach out to the new homeowners and discuss the need for the service to be redone, as we obviously cannot schedule a service with a previous homeowner. **************** then stated that he hasnt actually sold the home and requested a full refund, which we are happily providing.EMAIL TO CLIENT WED AUGUST 3RD 6:10PM:****************,Thank you for contacting us with your concerns about the tune up that was performed at you home on 7/11/22 for $49.00. Per our service guarantee, we are more than happy to refund the $49 you paid for the tune up; would you like that check sent to the ******* address?Unfortunately, it was not made clear when the initial appointment was set that this service was part of a home sale; a home closing tune up is $98 per piece of equipment. If you would like to have a home closing tune up performed, we are more than happy to apply the $49. Please let me know if you would like to move ahead with the refund, or if youd like it applied to the home closing tune up. Also, feel free to let me know if theres anything further I can do help. We recently just sold the house and the inspector pointed out that the air conditioner needed a tune up. I told him that we just had it done 3 weeks ago. He said they did a terrible job and should come out and do it again. This is what I am asking Right Now heating and Air to do. You can do, that or just give me a refund and we can part ways.       My 22 year old ac unit died Wednesday. Right Now Heating and Cooling installed a new one on Friday. Financing was easy. Technicians were polite and knowledgeable. They are my go to when I have HVAC problems.
