  We told them we only wanted one service and the salesman had me sign for one service when I contacted triguard they said that the cancellation fee would be $447 dollars. We cannot pay we are a retired couple that have many unexpected medical bills

  Tried to cancel 4 times (within a span of a year) and they have my credit card on file. They send me an invoice (in order to cancel - not for service!) and the invoice date and due date are the same day. Scammers! Do not use this company!

  Misrepresenting service. Salesman soliciting door to door. Just so happened I had a hornet nest I wanted removed . Agent tried to sell a monthly service, I specifically told him I was not interested in a yearly contract. I just wanted a one time treatment to get rid of of the hornet nest. I signed a document on his I Pad. Turned out I signed a document for a yearly service. When I called the office to tell them the agent lied to me about what I signed up for, the receptionist told me she would cancel the upcoming treatment and notify his supervisor. 2 weeks later I get a call from a supervisor apologizing for the misrepresentation. That although they cancelled further service I was responsible for another payment of $150 as the cost of a one time service was $300. I rejected the yearly contract and requested the one-time service. Instead I got a yearly service plan. I was never told the one time service was $300. They are going to say that I signed a contract for yearly service, which I did. I didnt read it as I trusted the sales person. They must be desperate by lying misrepresenting and then demanding another $150. I hope they take me to small claims court. I would love to see that salesperson again. Lastly, their breakthrough treatment for getting rid of all kinds of pests and insects is dubious. A mop head on a stick that blows a white powder hormone that discourages the pests from occupying an area. Doesnt kill them but sends them to your neighbors house. Great business plan to drum up more business. Im not paying the additional $150. Looking forward to seeing you in small claims court.

  They sold me a one-time service, promising to exterminate a yellow vest issue I was facing. They also assured me of fumigating my entire apartment. However, their staff entered and left my place in just 5 minutes, charged me $275, and didn't address the problem at all. I had to hire another company to properly handle the job. I made multiple calls and wasted a lot of time in hopes of resolving the issue, only for them to ignore and disregard me as a customer. I'd recommend exploring other options before using their service. Honestly, I'd suggest considering fumigation services only if you truly need them.

  Triguard pest control is an unethical company that lacks integrity. I would give them zero stars if I could. A young **** knocked on my door in the Beacon Hill neighborhood and my wife answered. At that time she told her that she was selling pest control services. I wasn't really interested, and asked her specifically about the intervals of treatment. She said it was done on a quarterly basis, but I could cancel after the initial ***** introductory rate. The salesperson used a tablet for the contract, so I was not left with a document to read. Triguard did send the contract via email that night. This is important, since the salesperson did not state this in her pitch..YOU HAVE 3 DAYS TO RECIND AFTER THE CONTRACT SIGNING TO CANCEL, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED ******. The ***** rate is a discounted rate, only if you continue service. I will take some blame here, since I did not read the contract, but for all of you out there...DON'T BE FOOLED. There is a reason they don't give you a paper contract. You would read it immediately, instead they send it to your email where it becomes buried. You may look at it, but by then it is too late.If you are looking for a good pest company, this is not the one. BUYER BEWARE!!

  Do not hire these people. These guys have come to my house so many times pounding on the front door and claiming that theyre working for people down the road. They arent. All theyve done is park on my street and knock on everyones house 2-3 times trying to see if anyone is at home. If you do answer the door, they begin a spiel that they use every single time about one of your neighbors already using them. Its all predatory nonsense and theyre incredibly pushy. They dont want to take no for an answer and the company clearly keeps no records about how often they have come to my house.

  The Sales person completely ignored the no soliciting sign, not to mention we live on a private road, I guess he missed all if those signs too? . When he left he proceeded to drive over my grass, not just a little where it could be accidental he was frustrated and intentionally damaged property didnt handle rejection well! What a classy guy!Just beware of this company when they claim to know your neighbors.. sleaziest sales practice on the list.. theyll just start mentioning names..NONE of my neighborhood uses them, despite them name dropping like somebody does..I feel bad for anyone who fall prey to these scam artists!!

  The salesman are pushy and rude. They troll our neighborhood late into the evening, come back multiple times, and ignore No Soliciting signs that are clearly posted.
