  Here is the small print on the contract that they don't tell you about. The salesman will say you can cancel anytime but will say nothing about the huge fee. They will also come the same day for the first treatment to give you less time to cancel without the fee. Then when you call to say this is not what I signed up for, they say that you signed the contract. Very misleading and disappointing. (You, the customer, may cancel this transaction anytime prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction by giving written notice of cancellation to TriGuard Pest Control, LLC. If the customer cancels prior to fulfilling the minimum obligation of one year, for any reason, customer agrees to pay an early termination fee of 75% of the remaining contract value ($75 minimum). If cancellation occurs during the 72 hour right of rescission clause, and the initial service has been performed, customer agrees to pay the full initial service charge (minimum $250) as quoted on the service contract, before promotional discounts are applied. This agreement excludes exclusion work. After the initial agreement period, services will continue at their regular frequency until canceled with a 30 day written notice. If notice to stop service is received by TriGuard Pest Control, LLC less than 30 days prior to the next service date, your regular service charge will apply. If you cancel service prior to a scheduled quarterly appointment, there may be a $75 fee applied for removal of the bait boxes.)

  The salesman wi*h no company ID has been solici*ing in our neighborhood and inspec*ed our crawl space af*er being le* in by my husband who didn'* know we all ready had a company.He said *here were mouse droppings and a black widow spider nes* in *here, bu* my husband had called me and found ou* we have a company. The man was *urned away. When our company inspec*ed *he nex* week, he found no*hing in *he crawl space. This person ************************* should no* be *rus*ed, so don' * le* him in.

  Inappropriate and predatory behavior from the salesman **** who continually knocked on my door after I was clearly uninterested in his services. He did not take "no" for an answer and was very pushy to a point that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. If I see anyone from this company on my property again, I am calling the police

  "No soliciting" sign on my door. He rings my doorbell anyway. Twice in one day. City code says you must honor "no soliciting" signs. Since you don't care, you get a negative review.

  Service is terrible. The person use to come and walk around the house for maximum 10 mins. Pretend to remove the spider web and leave. We could see the spiders on the exterior wall the next day. Total waste of money. And yes, they won't tell you about the 1 year contract.

  We found that our yard was crawling with ants, which I later learned is a huge problem in our area. I have a dog, and his health is my top priority, the products used by TriGuard are safe for pets, and I have never had any problems. They even treated our yard for fleas and ticks. It has been about a year of quarterly treatments, the ants are gone, and I haven't had problems with other pests. I would like to note, the contract of services is clearly communicated at the time of sign-up. Furthermore, you need quarterly services to completely treat and control any infestations. The prices are super reasonable.
