    I was charged $99.95 by CHANGEUS-MAIL ONLINE. I googled this charge as I did not make a purchase of this amount, and read that this could be from the postal service charging me to change my address. I did not attempt to change my address and would like to be refunded

    on 7-29-22 I tried to change my address. this website is the top hit on google. Their website is disguised to look like the official **** website. they charged $99.95 and did nothing to change my mailing address. when called to remove the charges the company never answered the phone. the phone number I called was ************; it is an automated line, when you select the option to dispute a charge, the recording says 'application error' and it hung up on me. the email address is **************************************.

    Went to do a change of address and put in the request and noticed that my account was charged 99.95$ by this company. No confirmation code was given, nor was there any way to reach out and contact the company directly to request a cancellation of services. It was disguised and marketed as a USPS address change website. No information, contact or otherwise is available to reach someone. There was never a point in the process where they stated there’d be a charge of $99.95 for services. Frankly put, it’s a fraudulent and scam company.

    This business is posing as a government service and charged me $99 for an address change. I need help navigating what to do in this situation and how to get my money back.
