  Horrible experience. Begged for help after paying *******. Awful experience I called the *** direct and received better service. **** acted concerned on my first call to get my money but after that talked down to me and made me feel horrible. Today I was told that they are busy and could not return my call. Dealing with back taxes is so stressful but this company has made it 100% worst.

  Firstly, it's essential to clarify that we take every client's situation seriously and aim to provide the best assistance possible.
  
  The taxpayer in question came to us for tax preparation services only and believed she was due refunds from the *** and would not owe.  Upon completion of her tax returns, it was apparent her withholdings had not been set accurately. Understandably, she was upset to find out she now had a balance to the *** and was insistent that we do something about it.
  
  We spent an additional 45 minutes discussing the case in detail and suggested exploring different options. During this time, we ascertained that filing married filing jointly with her spouse would lead to a refund. The taxpayer refused any additional contact with us, requested a chargeback from the credit card company and kept a completed return we had prepared. Our intention was, as always, to guide our client towards the best outcome for their financial situation.
  
  We sincerely apologize if you found our communication lacking in any way. Our team's primary goal is to provide respectful and helpful assistance. We will use this feedback to improve our communication and customer service.Additionally, we understand that dealing with back taxes can be stressful. We want to assure our clients that our priority is to alleviate that stress and find the most suitable solutions for their tax issues.

  Hello, my name is ********************* and Ill start with saying that I dont leave reviews for anything online but this company definitely deserves it! If you need the services they offer ..youll have a team working on your case from the accountants who file your taxes and everything they do, the billing department everything they do, and your personal case specialist who deals with the *** on your behalf and of course, case managers, and like I said, just an entire team working for you to get you the very best end result there can possibly be. Honestly, I dont know about leaving actual numbers, but we owed so much and they got us a settlement for so little that I literally cant hardly believe it right now. Everyone there treats you with respect and is as helpful as they can possibly be from the moment they answer your call, even the billing department made a couple of adjustments for us just to help us make it through!! Our personal case specialist was *************************, and I could not say enough about her and the way she dealt with us and our case it was like she genuinely felt our anguish and despair like she knew us personally like we were her friends she truly went above and beyond ..it was a blessing having her as our case specialist!! We are 100% satisfied, and grateful with them for their services and I would recommend and urge anyone who would need these services to use this company. Thanks to them were going to be getting on with our lives now.!!

  Precision Tax is absolutely, knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional and pleasant to work with. I was feeling strangled by my debt and knew they would help me. They thoroughly went over everything so I could understand what was best for me. Each and every Precision Tax associate is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend Precision Tax and Im more than happy with their service. I cant thank them enough!

  The best decisin Ive ever made. Precisin Tax Relief was the best company I could have found to help me. I was several years behind on filing my taxes and to be honest, this isnt the first time Ive been in this situation. Every time I try to do my own taxes, I get stuck and end ** in tears. I get so frustrated that I give up and dont do them. Time passes and before I know it, Im in a hole. Although Ive spoken to other people there and everyone has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional, ******************* and *********************** are who Ive interacted with the most. They have helped me more than I expected and Im thankful to have them in my corner. They will be doing my taxes every year from now on. This was the biggest stress in my life and I cant thank them enough for the peace of mind theyve given me.

  Precision Tax Relief treated me like family. I was at the end of my rope. My mind was filled with very dark thoughts. I had years of unfiled returns and was under a full-blown audit because of my previous CPA who is now imprisoned for fraud. When I first called I spoke with the owner of the company and explained the complexity of my situation. ***********************, *******************, ***********************, and others, were assigned to handle my case. Not only did they take the time to truly understand my problem, they got all my past returns filed and then got me fully compliant on both a federal and state level. I honestly didn't think anyone could fix the mess I was in. They did! They called and emailed me regularly to keep me up to date on what was happening. When I had questions and reached out for help they were always there for me. These folks walked me through some of the darkest days of my life. Many companies will make you false promises but Precision was upfront and honest every step of the way. They are professional, courteous, and very, very, kind. I plan to continue using them to file my taxes in the future because I know I can trust them. I prayed for divine intervention and it came via Precision Tax Relief. I hope they understand how grateful I am for all the long hours and hard work they did. *************** another firm, talk with Precision and you'll understand what I mean. They really care about their clients!

  I would 100% recommend Precision Tax to anyone with back tax issues. I felt so much better after the 1st time I called them. They resolved my issue and now I'm up to date with my taxes. They don't judge. They let you know that you are not alone. And they are kind throughout the whole process. They keep you informed the whole time with constant communication. You just know that you are in good hands.This should be the 1st and only place you call with your tax problems!

  BEST OF THE BEST! Precision has been the best of the best since the first phone call to them! The professional, friendly, intelligent and well informed staff have been extraordinarily efficient and kind in taking care of my tax issues. Steph my personal representative was outstanding. She walked me through every step of the process, explaining and reassuring me as we went along. And did I forget to mention THEY SETTLED MY CASE FOR $100!!!Date of experience: May 17, 2023

  The only great aspect of this company is their tax preparer ************ He did a wonderful job of preparing and filing my taxes.This company tried to have me pay almost 6k dollars to literally make a phone call. I signed on with a deposit and monthly payments of ****** and once my tax return was finalized I called to see exactly what I was paying all this money for. I was led to believe that having Precision Tax work with me was going to be beneficial in the big picture for me. I made a call and asked to speak to someone who could explain what it was I was paying for since I didn't qualify for an offer in compromise. I had two phone calls where I asked "what exactly am I paying for" and the response was the same from both women. " We need to reach out to the *** and 'negotiate' a payment plan for you. We also need to do your living expenses. When I made it very clear I could make the phone call myself I went around and around not getting a concise answer as to what I was paying for (nearly six thousand dollars !!!I reiterated several times I could make that call myself and could also do my living expenses in 30 mins.I told Precision Tax I no longer required their services. The NEXT day I called the *** myself, set up a payment plan in UNDER one hour!!! It is ludicrous and very deceiving what I was told by this company. Six thousand dollars to make one phone call and do my living expenses????SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!! Do not be deceived by them telling you that it will be beneficial to you to have this done when you can do it yourself. They were going to " contact and negotiate an agreement that would take months to do" which is absolute rubbish. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. You can do most of this work yourself as I did for NOTHING.

  My experience with Precision Tax Relief came right after a nightmare scenario from a company offering similar services. In short, right at the end of helping me prepare my case the company essentially proposed that I pay an amount equal to triple my original feel (which I had already paid). I was unable to pay this huge amount and they dropped me as a client and left me on my own to deal with the *** Revenue Officer.It is hard to know which company excels from the others but the public feedback that Precision Tax Relief receive gave me hope and they have delivered above and beyond even my best expectations. ******************* worked with me and she was able to propose an installment that was around $1,300 month compared to $4,800/month which was the amount that the previous company had proposed to the ***. That is an amount that is achievable for me compared to an amount that would cause me to lose sleep and probably be impossible to see all the way through. ******************* is brilliant!It does not stop there, though. The company had really worked with me on arranging for a way to make the initial payments. Unlike just about every company I see today that can be so greedy and unwilling to work with their customers when it comes to the financial side of things, Precision has gone way above and beyond in working with me on this. ********************* is one of the nicest people that I have had a chance to work with for as long as I can remember and it is so refreshing to come across people like her, especially for something as important as this.Overall, they really live up to their expectations on both the knowledge that they have and how they treat their clients. You can tell that they are truly on my side and such a pleasure to work with. I wish that I had the words to express just how impressed I am with this company on so many levels.
