************** I ordered the Rose ******* special on April 26th. Order # SPL-*******. I ordered it because of the wines they showed on the website. When the shipment arrived, I received 1/2 of the wines listed on the website, the other 1/2 were wines I would never order. On this same order, I also build my own case of red wine. When I made my selection, all the wines were in stock. Again less than 1/2 of the wines I ordered were shipped to me. The ones they replaced it with were not anything I would order. I contacted customer service and was told the wine I ordered was out of stock. I went back to the website ad all wines were showing they were in stock. This is a bait and switch. I asked customer support to ship me the wine I ordered or refund the money for the wines the wines they did not ship. I have not received a response. Don't think about calling, they will hang up on you. The only way to communicate is email and they are still unresponsive. **** ******* - VERY unhappy customer.Splash Wines, Inc.

We kindly request you to outline which wine(s) are not satisfactory when reaching out.In the unlikely event that a product is not available, Splash Wines reserves the right to substitute, for no additional cost, a product of similar quality originally retailing at a price equal to or greater than the wine originally ordered.

This company advertises their wines to be on the high end of $19 - $30 per bottle for their "top self" wines. We purchased a introductory offer that advertised 18 bottles for a saving of $300. Normally $450 for only $145. After receiving the wines, we researched each bottle only to find the average price on the market was $6-$14 not $19-$29. We haven't opened any yet so can't tell you if they are any good but just wanted to warn you about the over pricing to make their deal seem greater than it actually is.Splash Wines, Inc.

Terrible customer service! This is my first time (and last) ordering from splash wines. It's been nothing but a hassle! I chose a pick up location so that I wouldn't have to be home when it arrived since a signature is needed. The location I picked *********** does not accept alchohol delivery. I changed it to my home address and just got one box with six bottles of wine. I ordered and was charged for ************************************************************** confirming when the rest would be delivered. I havent even opened one bottle yet but will never order again...too much of a hassle with shipping and I still don't have my entire order!Splash Wines, Inc.

These people are buying old wines and dumping them on the market. I ordered a 15 bottle case of whites. Every bottle was 4-6 years in age. White wine does not have the shelf life to support that aging. Nearly every bottle has turned and soured.Splash Wines, Inc.

1 starThis is a terrible company to purchase from. They sell cheap wines, some of which are available from no other companies. They claim 100% satisfaction if not satisfied but if you try to avail yourself of this problem they will offer you a $10 credit. If you say no they will offer you a $30 "coupon" so you can buy more of their crappy tasting wine. They claim free shipping to your door but when you proceed to order the wine there is a charge for that and you are forced to drive to a ***** location. All in all a very poor experience from a company that lies. You can find that their supposed $30 a bottle wines sell for $3 to $6 elsewhere. Stay away. Poor company. Crappy wines. A big fraud. Extremely disappointed with Splash Wines business practices. My order was canceled due to pricing error after it had shipped. Was lied to multiple times by customer service saying first my order was damaged, then that the payment did not process (neither correct, and customer service later confirmed that neither were correct). They also told me I had not been in contact with customer service to resolve this when I had call records to prove it. Total gaslighting, very shady business practices, combative customer support. Does not honor prices as advertised. They have made no effort to rectify this with me and instead just canceled my order. Anyone looking to order from them should beware.Splash Wines, Inc.

1 starIm very disappointed and frustrated with Splash Wines. My order arrived frozen, 6 of the bottles had the cork blown out and the rest were either completely frozen or partially frozen. I have received credit for the six thank you, however after several emails Splash Wines has not stood behind their stated guarantee as I have requested a full refund for the entire order.Review fromStephen K
