      On 12/01/2022 I purchased a membership to bodybuilding.com to receive access to their exclusive content. The membership worked for approximately one week before I began experiencing issues logging in. I checked my purchase history on bodybuilding.com and my order status has reverted to unfulfilled. I have emailed numerous times with no response. Bodybuilding.com has kept the money and failed to provide me with the service I purchased with no customer service help in a month of reaching out.

      I received a gift card for 100 dollars for bodybuilding.com as a gift. When I went to redeem it. It immediately said it could not be use. When I tried to contact the company I was told by virtual chat to use email. The email company representative said they could not help, that I would need to contact live chat. I tried the live chat multiple times over multiple days during open business hours of the business and was told every time that there is no one available to help. They took the money (100$), refuse to provide the goods, and do not have a way to fix it. The customer service rep admitted the live chat doesn't work most of the time. They refused to rectify the situation or give me a phone number or information for their manager.

      I ordered the attached product. One cannister came, not the two I ordered. The one that came is bad (tainted). I wrote twice to resolve, and they are now ignoring me. The first time I wrote I was told that the whe order shipped....Either replace the bad product and send me the other as well, or refund in full!! This is not typical for bodybuilding.com, but it's bad business!!

      I made a purchase on bodybuilding.com on December 14th, 2022. Free economy shipping was labeled as being 1-6 business days. I've attempted to reach out to the company for a status update, but all customer support functions are currently disabled on their website. Their customer support phone number has an automated message stating "for customer support, use our email or live chat functions" and then automatically disconnects the call.It how now been 14 days since the order was placed, and I have no way of communicating with the company. On my profile on their website, the order shows that the status is "unfulfilled".

      Ive been a member and customer of ********************** for the past almost 10 years. The service had always been great. Things have greatly changed. I made a purchase and one of the supplements made me sick. *** rarely had this issue, but one time in the past I did. At that time they immediately gave me a refund. However, now nobody will contact me back to resolve the current issue.Ive tried calling their business numerous times. Where customer service used to answer, now nobody answers. All you get is a message stating to go online and use their chat. They say on that message that they will be back with you within 24 hours.Well I waited ************************************** Therefore, *** been trying to call and message them for over a week during their online stated business hours and still nobody has contacted me. Ive also emailed them a few times. Still nobody has responded. I researched online to see if Im the only one experiencing this issue with them and I read that the company was bought out and that ever since the service has been terrible.I decided to cancel my membership and did so online. Im extremely disappointed that after being a longtime customer and member that nobody is taking any steps to contact me back to resolve this issue.I want a refund for this purchase. After all I have bought from them, this is the very least they can do. This product made me sick. Not good!

      I made an online order on Dec 7th, my credit card was promptly charged on Dec8th. It has been exactly 2 weeks, and my order still has not shipped, without any indication of anything I ordered being unavailable, or on back order. I've sent multiple emails with no reply, tried calling multiple times only to listen to a completely unhelpful robot, and the customer service online chat is a total joke. My order was never filled, never shipped, still shows processing, can't get in touch with anyone. And since this order was a Christmas gift, and obviously I'm not gonna receive it, I want to cancel it completely. And yes, the charge is still on my card, I want a refund for the full order amount of $121.66.

      I placed an order for a pre work out & protein supplement on Dec 6th with 1-6 days shipping. On Dec 12th I had still not received a tracking number or a notification that my order had shipped at all. I called & the number is disconnected. I emailed, no response. I messaged them on ***************************** got back to me that they would refund my shipping costs (& they did $9.99) but then they still never updated me on my order that shouldve already been here OR shipped it yet. So now theyre holding onto my money AND my products. Basically stole my money as they refuse to respond or send my products or money back!!

      On Saturday, November 26th 2022, I placed an order with Bodybuilding.com for $509.67. The status indicates the order has shipped under Fed Ex tracking number ************. The tracking shows only "label created". I contacted the Fed Ex location listed in ********, ** at approximately 9:45 AM on December 15th to investigate further since Bodybuilding.com has failed to respond to at least four inquiries by me seeking information about what is happening with my order. Fed Ex stated that "label created" means that only a label has been created and that Bodybuilding has never actually shipped the order. However, it is marked shipped in their system. I have been unable to reach anyone via live chat or by phone, receiving only automated replies stating nobody is available to help. As this is a "black Friday" deal, simply doing a chargeback does not resolve the issue as I would lose out on the additional discounts that Bodybuilding.com expressly advertised to me. I am seeking only for my order to be honored in good faith and the products I paid for shipped to me via expedited delivery.

      On 11/29 I placed on order through Bodybuilding.com for a total of 10 items that came to a total of $221.79. When I received an email notification on 12/4 saying my order was out for shipment I checked the tracking and saw they only shipped 1 item was being shipped which has a monetary value of approx. $1. I emailed support asking for an update on my remaining items but did nor receive a response. A few days later I emailed their support again asking for an update and again had no response. I went to their website and saw their is not a customer support number available but a virtual chat assistant which only gives automated responses. There are not any prompts in the chat in which you are able to speak to a live person. I requested that my order be cancelled and the system informed me that I was past the cutoff date for order modification. So at this point they will not reply to any of my inquiries about sending the remaining items in my order and they will not cancel my order and refund my money. This is tantamount to theft.
