I have made 2 transactions with Bodybuilding.com and have yet to receive any of my items. The first order number is USD-*******, which was made on 11/30/2022 for 4 items totaling $162.15. I have sent 3 or 4 emails to Bodybuilding.com inquiring about the status of my order and have received zero responses from Bodybuilding.com. I even tried their live chat option, which is just chatting with a machine, but was never able to speak with an actual person. Ive been charged the $162.15 and would like my items as soon as possible or a refund for the full amount. I also recently made another order with them on 12/7/2022, and that order number was USD-******* for 2 items totaling $84.17 and have yet to receive a tracking information email for the items being sent. I have been a customer to ********************** for the past 10 plus years, and would either like my items as soon as possible or a full refund for items Ive never received. All of the items that were ordered were nutritional/dietary supplements.Business Response

I subscribed to be a member of this supplement company about a year ago maybe more. Ever since I have been getting charged $7.55 every month. I contacted them via messaging and email. They said I had no such description. I forgot about the charge for awhile but want to cancel it. I checked today and it still says I have no subscriptions. I tried calling but after 10 minutes of nothing they hang up on you. I emailed them again today with a picture of the charge. My bank wants me to pay $50 to stop payments to them when all I want is it to be cancelled. Please help me get in touch with them, supplements must be more important than customer service to them!Business Response

Our files show that this subscription was purchased and cancelled via the Apple Store using an anonymized email address such that Bodybuilding.com did not have access to or knowledge of your actual email address. Date of Transaction(s): 11/09/2022 & 11/16/2022 Amount of Money Paid: $42.79 - 11/09/2022 & 11/16/2022 I initially signed up for the 7-day trial to Bodybuilding.com fitness app Bodyfit. I have type 2 diabetes and I need to change my diet and exercise and I saw the app as something that I could use to assist me in the battle. I was never given the 7-day trial my credit card was immediately charged $42.79 on 11/09/2022 and then again on 11/16/2022. I reached out to Bodybuilding.com several times by phone which directed me to the website. I attempted the Chat line multiple times and each time no one was available, no matter what time of day. This was done for several days. I emailed support after the chat line directed me and each time the 48-hour time frame had passed. I finally sent email from my yahoo account letting Bodybuilding know that I have been a customer in the past and how I have always received exceptional customer service and how I have been treated today. I informed them that I don't want the app but due to their policies which I have never had to use but know about the initial $42.79 cannot be returned but if I could due to all that has happened, I would like both payments returned, and I would take my business somewhere else. But if i can get the 2nd charge of $42.79 returned I would be grateful which was really all I wanted returned. I understand cliches dealing with electronics but what I can't agree with is the human part of service and how I was dealt with as if I was not important. I submitted an order on 11/11/22 and received an update on the status via email on 4 out of the 5 items purchased online. I reached out to Bodybuilding.com regarding my order (USD-5476897). But have not heard back and their chat function hasn't worked in the last few days. On June 7th, 2022 I requested that my online account and all my personal information be closed, deactivated, and deleted immediately due to compromised identity issues. Despite numerous contacts, the account is still open and active with no sense of urgency on the part of bodybuilding.com. Over 3 months have passed with no results.Business Response

I made an order with bodybuilding.com and when they said it shipped I never received it. I had to wait 24 hrs to report it and I cancelled my monthly subscription before I was supposed to be charged on 8/13/22 and my trial lasted until 8/17/22. When I was finally able to chat with someone online they were only able to re ship my ordered products but I wake up and see that they are charging me my monthly fee clearly after cancelling it prior. I want that charge to be refunded since I will not be doing any more business with this horrible customer service company. Thank youBusiness Response
